The cosy holiday home, which can be rented all year round, has been comfortably furnished with a lot of love.
The house is equipped as follows
The living room is equipped with a cosy seating area that can be used as a sofa bed for 2 people. The dining area, the TV with satellite reception and a music system are also located in the living room.
2 bedrooms with a total of 4 sleeping possibilities. (1 double bed with 2 separate mattresses and in the other bedroom 2 single beds)
In the kitchen there is a fridge with icebox, an electric cooker with oven and ceramic hob, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, crockery, glasses, pots. There is also a shower room in the house.
You will also find garden furniture with cushions and a lawn for the children and the dog to play on.

Baby beach Tossens
first baby beach in Germany

Families with small children are particularly important for the North Sea peninsula of Butjadingen. This gave us the idea to set up a baby beach that takes into account the special circumstances of the smallest ones.

So we created a 250 square metre beach area with the finest sand and enclosed it with glass elements to protect it from the wind. In order to reduce the sun's influence, two large awnings provide sufficient shade, as the youngest children in particular are very sensitive to wind and sun

Ferienhaus 102

A bricked-up chimney, a shower that was more cold than warm, and black mold in various places in the bathroom. And doubts that the 90 € final cleaning fee really went into cleaning.

Unfortunately, on the first day, the electric roller shutter to the terrace broke. That is why we could not use the garden for 5 days until the technician came. According to the information, there should have been a microwave, but unfortunately that was not the case. And there was no seal on the shower cabin door, which led to the bathroom constantly being flooded.

Beautiful home.

Hello together

In general, it is a beautiful house, beautiful location and a guarantee of well-being.
The coffee machine was broken, it was replaced in the shortest possible time. Top!

Possibly a small drawback, no hygiene bin in the toilet, maybe a few too few plates, cups, glasses, cutlery. But it is manageable.
Unfortunately, the pots were heavily soiled and had probably not been used for a long time... but could be cleaned on their own.

We would love to come back!

Nice short vacation with the family

We went on a short vacation here in the summer and felt very comfortable!
The little cottage is only a few minutes' walk from Tossenser Beach and we were there almost constantly.
The accommodation was clean and tidy, the contact with the landlord was smooth and friendly. We found everything we needed and more, if we go on vacation in Tossens again, then definitely here.

Cosy flat close to the sea

As the title says, it is a cosy flat close to the sea. I was very satisfied with the flat, the size of the living room invites you to stay. The kitchen is perfectly adequate for cooking and breakfast, even with several people you could sit together well. The flat was clean and as I imagined it.
The arrival worked perfectly, the communication in advance was friendly and helpful. Straight out to the sea and enjoy the holiday, I will come here again :-)

Beautiful and relaxing holiday

Alöes im allen einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

Lovely cottage with garden
Nothing was missing. The equipment is good. Dishwasher missing but two healthy hands will fix that

The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Neither fussy nor etepete but it just doesn't work. Spider webs, dirty glasses, musty mattress in the guest room and children's room, unclean bathroom tiles and the partition wall in the shower should have been clean

When the manager asked us to send someone in again, we agreed (the wife did it herself). But we found it very good

Otherwise, the holiday home is a great starting point for many excursions. Kite flying directly on the dike, swimming or mudflats about 300 m from the house, cycling or feasting - everything is available and really nice

Shopping facilities are easily accessible by car, on foot or by bus

We stayed in Tossens for 10 days and enjoyed it.

Kritik

Neither the location nor the property lived up to what was promised. The property would have been quite nice if it had been clean... from cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, to items left behind by the previous occupant under the bed, to the dirty shower, dirty kitchen utensils (I could go on forever)... after a thorough cleaning it was fine... the surroundings were not really appealing either, but that's a matter of taste... One was there once, but that's enough.

Aida holiday home by the sea

My two daughters and I spent a weekend in Tossens with my sister and her son! We felt very comfortable in the cozy little holiday home with a fenced garden! We would book the cottage again and recommend this accommodation with really nice and dedicated service! Thank you very much!

Super relaxing vacation

Great holiday house, right by the dike, simply and plainly furnished, without a lot of frills. Equipment as described, music system was missing, probably broken and not replaced yet, but these things happen, one can live with that. The three of us and the dog spent a wonderful and relaxing holiday here. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Grocery shopping was a bit further away, but it didn't matter much since we drove there anyway because we didn't want to carry everything. The dog could go everywhere with us, it was no problem. The garden was fenced, so he could go in and out as he pleased, which he really enjoyed. Fully sufficient for 3 - 4 people, it might get tight with 6 people, but it's doable for just sleeping. We really enjoyed our stay overall, and we would rent this holiday house again anytime, hoping it works out next year again. Thanks a lot to the Ernst family.

Questionable

Our journey started strangely. In order to get your spa card, you have to go to the small shop. After we wanted to pay for housekeeping, dogs, and tourist tax, we wanted a receipt. This was denied to us, as everything that needed to be paid would be listed on the back, so there was no receipt. Then we drove to our house, when we unlocked the door everything was just dirty, the floor not cleaned, the couch sandy, on the blankets of the bed were still hairs from the previous occupant to be seen, cellar woodlice were coming at us everywhere. We called the management, a lady came immediately with a vacuum cleaner and vacuumed the house but did not clean it. When we pulled the bed away, everything was full of mold behind the bed and really dirty, we took pictures of it! We then moved the couch in the living room, everything was full of mold, dead animals. The lady said it was probably known to the landlord, shortly after the chief of the administration came, we told him about this, and at first, he acted as if he didn't know anything, but after we said that it was probably known, he conceded but tried to play it down a little. On the 3rd day, the landlord came in our absence and brought us a new vacuum cleaner + refrigerator as both were not really usable anymore. The manager said he had spoken to the landlord and would give us 3 nights' stay if we had time again. We wanted this in writing, of course. So we contacted the gentleman and suggested a date, which didn't work, which was also okay. We then wrote to him via email that we do not know when we can go on vacation again and asked him to issue us a voucher for those days. Since Thursday, he has not contacted us. We then called the lady from the administration on Friday, she said she would inform again. Still no response until today.

Wir haben nun beschlossen, dass wir Sie kein weiteres Mal als Gäste begrüßen möchten. Wir werden den Präsentkorb, inklusive Gutschein nun spenden und hoffen, dass dieser in gute Hände gelangt. Lovely short vacation

We had a great little getaway with child and dog.
The house is divided into 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette/niche, and a beautiful fenced plot, in a great location close to the dyke and the surrounding restaurants and shops.
The house has a very small bathroom but is totally sufficient for a vacation.
A coal grill is also available.
We would love to come back.

Unsere Anreise fing schon merkwürdig an. Man muss sich seine Kurkarte ja im kleinen Laden holen kommen, nachdem wir das Houskeeping + Hunde +Kurtaxe bezahlt haben wollten wir eine Quittung haben, diese wurde uns verwehrt es würde ja alles hinten drauf stehen was bezahlt werden muss, es gab also keine Quittung. Dann sind wir zu unserem Haus gefahren, als wir die Türe aufschlossen wahr alles einfach nur schmudelig, der Boden nicht geputzt, die Couch sandig, auf den Decken vom Bett wahren noch Haare vom Vorgänger zu sehen, überall kamen uns Kellerasseln entgegen. Wir riefen die Verwaltung an, es kam auch sofort eine Dame mit Staubsauger und saugte das Haus zum putzen allerdings nicht. Als wir das Bett weg zogen wahr alles voller Schimmel hinter dem Bett und richtig dreckig, wir haben Bilder davon gemacht ! Wir zogen dann die Couch im Wohnzimmer weg auch alles voller Schimmel, toter kleintiere. Die Dame meinte es wäre wohl bekannt beim Vermieter, kurz darauf kam dann der Chef der Verwaltung, dem erzählten wir dies und er tat erst so als ob er von nichts wusste, nachdem wir aber sagten das es ja wohl bekannt sei lenkte er ein versuchte es aber ein wenig kleinzureden. Am 3ten Tag ist wohl der Vermieter gekommen in unseren Abwesendheit und brachte uns einen neuen Staubsauger + Kühlschrank da beides nicht mehr wirklich nutzbar wahr. Der Verwalter meinte er hätte mit dem Vermieter gesprochen und würde uns 3 Nächte Aufenthalt schenken wenn wir noch einmal Zeit hätten. Dieses wollten wir natürlich schriftlich. Also nahmen wir Kontakt mit dem Herrn auf und schlugen Ihm ein Datum vor, dieses ging nicht , wahr auch ok. Wir schrieben Ihm dann per Email das wir nicht wissen wann wir wieder Urlaub machen können und baten Ihn uns einen Gutschein über diese Tage auszustellen. Seid Donnerstag hat dieser sich nicht mehr bei uns gemeldet. Wir riefen dann Freitag bei der Dame von der Verwaltung an, diese wollte nocheinmal bescheid sagen. Bis heute keine Antwort.
