The feel-good vacation home is individually and comfortably furnished. It is located in the vacation park Port Greve in the romantic Brouwershaven. The Grevelingenmeer with sandy beach is only 8 minutes walk from the house, to the wide North Sea beaches it is only about 8 minutes by car. The house has its own garden, terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. In addition, there are 2 parking spaces at the house. In the very well equipped kitchen there is a coffee machine, Senseo pad machine, dishwasher, microwave, 4-plate gas stove, washing machine. The cozy living room offers a satellite system including flat screen color TV, DVD player, stereo with radio, CD and Bluetooth. Internet + WiFi available. Our vacation home is an exclusively privately rented house. In terms of furnishings, it is above the standard of the park administration and is individually and harmoniously furnished with attention to detail. A small library, some games and a Wii game console provide relaxing vacations even in bad weather.

Location and surroundings of object
No less than 17 km of beautiful coastline invite you to extensive beach walks on the sunniest island in the Netherlands. The fine sandy beaches are the widest beaches in the province. Immediately behind the beach are vast forest and dune areas, which are among the largest and most beautiful forest areas in Zeeland. Miles of hiking and biking trails lead through the rich flora and fauna, along small lakes and bogs, past windmills, lighthouses and picturesque, cozy villages. On the south side of Schouwen-Duiveland lies the Oosterschelde estuary and the Delta Expo storm surge barrier, which experts call the 'Eighth Wonder of the World'! Brouwershaven, only a few minutes by bike from our vacation home, is a romantic, idyllic fishing village where you could think that time has stood still. Other worthwhile destinations are the lively Renesse, the beautiful Zierikzee or the vibrant Rotterdam.
Golf: Very close to our vacation home in Brouwershaven Zeeland NL are 2 golf courses. There is an 18-hole course in Burgh Haamstede 'Golf Course De Molenberg' Hogeweg 3 and also a little further away in Bruinisse Oudendijk 3.
Other activities in the park: volleyball, beach volleyball, minigolf, golf, tennis, indoor swimming pool etc. (partly for a fee)

Cancellation terms:

The lease can be terminated at any time. This must be done in writing, with the termination effective upon receipt of the notice. In this case, the following cancellation fees will be charged: - Until at least 60 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the total price - Until at least 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the total price - Less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: the entire rental price If a replacement tenant is found who takes over the lease under the same conditions, only a fee of 10% of the total rental price will be charged as a processing fee.

For many years we have enjoyed the best times of the year in Holland. So we have learned to love the country and its people there. After we have looked at several regions in the Netherlands, the desire for a vacation home, in the vacation park Port Greve in Brouwershaven, has been realized. The mix of nature, as much sun as possible, beach and a wide range of leisure activities convinced us here. Whether long walks on the beach, sporting activities (cycling, jogging, tennis, golf, diving, kite surfing, and much more) or just slowing down - everything is possible.
