The sustainably built Tiny House offers space for four people (two sleeping places 2x90x200 and two sleeping places in the loft bed 130x220) with integrated kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Want to start the day with a yoga session? No problem - the spacious and green property offers you enough space. The Usedom forest is right on your doorstep and invites you to go for a long walk or a jog. When you return exhausted, a rain shower awaits you in the Tiny House. Make yourself comfortable and enjoy the view through the wide and bright terrace windows while you lie comfortably on the sofa bed and read your favourite book. How about ending a romantic evening with something delicious from the rustic outdoor grill on the terrace or a red wine? Put your feet up and relax. With us, no wishes remain unfulfilled. Are you coming by car or perhaps by bike? Of course we have a place for both on the property. And that's not all. You will find free Wi-Fi, smart TV with streaming function, small fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, microwave with hot air and grill, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, hairdryer and much more. Heating is not available!

The Baltic seaside resorts of Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are among the holiday pearls on the Baltic Sea with a fantastic location and super water quality. All kinds of water sports are available on the beach. The "Ostseetherme" invites you to enjoy bathing and wellness all year round. An 18 + 9 hole golf course and several tennis courts are available for active recreation. Well-developed cycle paths open up the whole beauty of this island to the holidaymaker. A sightseeing flight offers a completely different perspective.
