A holiday with a view? Then you are exactly right in our cosy flat Wasser with 52 sqm! There is space for four people in one bedroom (double bed 140x200) and in a living/bedroom (double bed 140x200). The house Five Elements was completely extended and modernised in 2022. Away from the hustle and bustle and with a wonderful view through three large light bands onto the Achterwasser, the flat invites you to relax, read and enjoy. The Baltic Sea is also only a short 10-minute walk away. Koserow is an insider tip for all those who want the benefits of a Baltic Sea holiday and are looking for a little more peace and quiet at the same time. You can round off your trip with an extensive walk in the forest, along the impressive cliffs. How about ending the day with a cosy evening at the barbecue or the fire bowl? Our spacious property has everything ready for you. With us, no wishes remain unfulfilled. Are you coming by car or perhaps by bicycle? Of course we have a place for both on the property. And that's not all. You will find free Wi-Fi, bio-fireplace, smart TV with streaming function, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, hairdryer, baby cot, baby high chair and much more.

Beautiful bright holiday apartment with terrace and garden in a quiet location. This apartment is ideal for two people. The Baltic Sea is reachable with a short walk, as well as a shopping opportunity and restaurants.

Beach holiday
The apartment "Water" is very bright and modernly furnished. Unfortunately, the cleaning of the accommodation could be more thorough. The maintenance of the outdoor area (garden) definitely needs to be improved.

What we liked best was that the vacation rental was as pictured. That is honest and very important to us. We didn't have much luck with the weather, but that wasn't a problem due to many nearby activity options. We would love to come back again in the next years. Thanks for a successful vacation.

Small attic flat, perfect for 2
The apartment "Wasser" is chic, modern and beautifully bright!
There is a lack of storage space and shelves, the kitchen is well equipped. Two of us stayed there in spring and we liked the flat very much.
Please note: it is best to pack bioethanol for the fireplace in advance.
The supermarket and the sea are within walking distance - but you have to find a stairway to get to the beach.
