Are you looking for relaxation and peace? With up to six guests in two separate bedrooms (1st bedroom: double bed 2x90x200 and in the 2nd bedroom: four single stacking beds 90x200) we welcome you in our cosy flat space on 67 sqm. The house Five Elements was completely extended and modernised in 2022. Could a morning be more successful than with a hot tea or coffee with a wide view through three large light bands on the foreland to the Achterwasser? Enjoy the quiet location of the house and let your eyes wander. With a short walk through beautiful Koserow, you can reach the Baltic Sea beach directly in 10 minutes. We can warmly recommend a visit to the newly built pier or a walk along the impressive steep coast. Back at the holiday home, a private terrace on our spacious property awaits you. How about something grilled to end the day or an evening by the fire bowl? With us, no wishes remain unfulfilled. Are you coming by car or perhaps by bike? Of course we have a place for both on the property. And that's not all. You will find free Wi-Fi, a bio-fireplace, smart TV with streaming function, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, hairdryer, baby cot, baby high chair and much more.

Uncomplicated and good !
We moved into the apartment room and were surprised by the good facilities. Technically at an advanced level, so you should at least know something about Smart TV's / WPS function. The location is great, it is in a quiet area with little traffic, shopping facilities are available, even if it is very one-sided.
We were also pleased with the uncomplicated handling of the dog, here it is not pretended that a faithful companion is not welcome. All in one price super thing, so holiday is fun.... a big thank you to the Heuer family!
