Are you ready for relaxation? In our flat Luft in Koserow on 62 sqm you will find everything you need for a successful holiday. The Fünf Elemente house was completely extended and modernised in 2022. The fully equipped flat offers space for four people in a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a sleeping chair (90x200) and a living/bedroom with an electrically extendable sofa bed (110x200), with access to the terrace on our spacious property. How about a hot coffee outside to start a successful holiday day? In just 10 minutes you are at the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. Put your feet up on the wide Baltic Sea beach and enjoy the relaxation of the small town of Koserow. Out of season, you can still be completely to yourself here. In addition to a few good restaurants, you'll also find Karl's Erdbeerhof, which offers recreational fun for people of all ages. With the most hours of sunshine in Germany, there's a good chance you can also end the evening by the fire bowl and with something delicious from the grill. With us, no wishes remain unfulfilled. Are you coming by car or perhaps quite sportily by bicycle? Of course we have a place for both on the property. And that's not all. You will find free Wi-Fi, bio fireplace, smart TV with streaming function, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, hairdryer, baby cot, baby high chair and much more.
We are also happy to put the 4 other flats on the property at your disposal. With a total of 22 sleeping places, our house Five Elements offers space for your whole family or a holiday with good friends.

"Was not so great - September 2024"
Right in front of the bedroom window (and also to the left and right of the window) there is a table with four chairs for the holidaymakers in the house. So, there is no peace and quiet. You can lower an outdoor shutter and lie in the dark if you like. There are no curtains for protection. There is only a nightstand and a lamp. We had to improvise. The wardrobe is located in the bathroom(!). ? If you want to stay in the living room, you have to be able to tolerate that other guests are sitting right outside your living room window and walking by, peering inside. In short, there is little privacy there. We had to request dishes because there were only four plates in total, no saucers, etc. The seal on the refrigerator door was worn out and hanging down to the floor... There was a nice caretaker service that later brought the missing equipment.

Ihre Anmerkungen bezüglich des Mobiliars, der fehlenden Gardinen, des Geschirrs sowie der Dichtung am Kühlschrank nehmen wir sehr ernst. Wir werden die genannten Punkte umgehend prüfen und entsprechende Maßnahmen ergreifen, um die Ausstattung zu verbessern und zukünftige Gäste zufriedenzustellen.
Es freut uns jedoch zu hören, dass der Hausmeisterservice das fehlende Equipment nachgeliefert hat. Ihre Rückmeldung hilft uns, die Qualität unserer Ferienwohnungen weiter zu optimieren.

It only lacks the "sea view"
My wife, I, and our dog spent a week in August 2023 in this very well-equipped vacation apartment. Everyone liked it! The conditions mentioned in the descriptions completely fulfilled our expectations. Furthermore, even the weather played along. The equipment with modern household and entertainment technology stands out positively compared to previous experiences with vacation apartments! If all guests handle it with care, this vacation apartment will remain a good place for relaxing days in Koserow!

Nice accommodation. Not everything well thought out.
The flat is very spacious and has a beautiful view of the countryside. Everything is within easy reach, including the beach
