Would you like a little time out from everyday life? In our flat Erde in Koserow, you and your family and joy will find everything you need for a holiday. The house Five Elements was completely extended and modernised in 2022. The beautiful flat offers approx. 64 sqm of space for four people in one bedroom (double bed 180x200) and one living/bedroom (sofa bed 140x200), with direct access to your own terrace on the spacious property - perfect for an extensive breakfast in the greenery. The day can be wonderfully started with a short walk of 10 minutes to the beach and then further along the cliff. How about a visit to Karl's Strawberry Farm for lunch? This is one of the island's main attractions and a focal point for holidaymakers of all ages - there is something for everyone. At the end of the day, you can put your feet up and enjoy the sunset with delicious food from the grill. A soothing bath in the bathtub in the evening or a relaxing shower are recommended as a finale. With us, no wishes remain unfulfilled. Are you coming by car or perhaps by bicycle? Of course we have a place for both on the property. And that's not all. You will find free Wi-Fi, bio fireplace, smart TV with streaming function, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, hairdryer, baby cot, baby high chair and much more.

Very bad beds, fly screens are missing!
It's a pity that such a beautifully located and otherwise well-equipped accommodation is downgraded by such poor sleeping arrangements and the lack of insect screens.
The contact was very good and uncomplicated; we would book again for next year if the beds were replaced and the windows had insect screens.

Ihre Hinweise zu den Betten und den fehlenden Fliegengittern nehmen wir sehr ernst. Wir prüfen derzeit eine Anpassung der Schlafausstattung und werden auch den Einbau von Insektenschutzvorrichtungen an den Fenstern in die weitere Planung einbeziehen.

The property gave a neglected impression. The beach chairs were overgrown with weeds and were more of an eyesore than an enhancement to the property. The covered seating area had surely not been used for months and was not exactly inviting. Our first impression continued as soon as we opened the front door. The hallway was full of leaves and dirt, the lighting was broken. This was a particular obstacle when returning home in the evening, in the dark. The apartment was spaciously designed and technically well equipped. However, the neglected impression continued here. "Dust bunnies" on the furniture and walls. One of the recliners was unusable due to its damage. The cover on the washbasin in the bathroom was missing. Shelves in the shower were nonexistent. But the most dangerous thing was the extractor hood in the kitchen. The light bulbs were missing, as were the corresponding covers. I would like to mention in passing that we had booked the laundry package. To our surprise, it consisted only of bed linen, 2 bath towels, and a bath mat. Luckily, we always have 2 towels in the car from experience.

Wir nehmen Ihr Feedback sehr ernst und werden die von Ihnen genannten Punkte umgehend prüfen und beheben. Die Außenanlage sollte natürlich einladend wirken, und wir werden uns darum kümmern, dass die Strandkörbe und die überdachte Sitzmöglichkeit in einem ansprechenden Zustand sind. Auch die Sauberkeit im Hausflur und die Beleuchtung sind für uns wichtige Aspekte, die wir verbessern werden, um einen angenehmen und sicheren Zugang zur Wohnung zu gewährleisten.
Die Sauberkeit und der Zustand der Wohnung liegen uns sehr am Herzen, und es tut uns leid, dass hier nicht alles Ihren Vorstellungen entsprach. Wir werden das Reinigungspersonal noch einmal gezielt auf die Reinigung der Ecken und das Entfernen von Staub hinweisen und den beschädigten Relaxsessel sowie die fehlende Blende im Bad reparieren bzw. ersetzen lassen. Auch die Abzugshaube in der Küche wird selbstverständlich überprüft und instandgesetzt, um eine sichere Nutzung zu gewährleisten.
Was das Wäschepaket betrifft, entspricht dieses in der Regel der Standardausstattung (Bettwäsche und jeweils zwei Handtücher pro Person sowie ein Duschvorleger). Wir verstehen, dass zusätzliche Handtücher sinnvoll sein können und werden prüfen, ob wir unser Angebot hier erweitern können.
Nochmals vielen Dank für Ihre offenen Worte und Ihre Hinweise – sie helfen uns, den Aufenthalt für zukünftige Gäste noch angenehmer zu gestalten. Wir hoffen, dass Sie trotz dieser Unannehmlichkeiten eine erholsame Zeit auf Usedom hatten.

Fewo Earth in 5 Elements Koserow
Upon moving in, the apartment was inadequately cleaned. An armchair was defective, and the vacuum cleaner did not work. The management said they would take care of it, but nothing happened. The owner made an effort but was also unsuccessful. The tables and chairs in front of the entrance were supposed to serve as a terrace, which was not particularly inviting. The garden with beach chairs and seating areas was overgrown and hardly usable. We would not describe the distance to the beach of about 1 km as "close to the beach." In the booked laundry package, the bedcovers did not match the comforters.

Die von Ihnen angesprochenen Mängel, wie die unzureichende Reinigung und die defekten Möbel, bedauern wir sehr. Wir haben Ihre Hinweise bereits an unser Reinigungsteam und die Verwaltung weitergeleitet, um solche Vorfälle in Zukunft zu vermeiden. Dass sich die von uns getroffenen Maßnahmen während Ihres Aufenthalts als unzureichend erwiesen haben, bedauern wir besonders.
Ihre Rückmeldung zur Terrasse und zum Garten nehmen wir ebenfalls sehr ernst und werden Maßnahmen ergreifen, um den Außenbereich wieder ansprechender zu gestalten. Auch die Beschreibung der Entfernung zum Strand werden wir prüfen und gegebenenfalls anpassen, um zukünftige Gäste besser zu informieren.
Bezüglich des Wäschepakets entschuldigen wir uns für das Missgeschick mit den unpassenden Bettbezügen. Wir werden sicherstellen, dass dies nicht noch einmal vorkommt.
