Very nice, spacious vacation apartment on the ground floor, equipped with everything necessary. A rather last-minute booking of an additional person before arrival was possible without any problems. The reception by the Nordic guest service made us feel at home as soon as we entered the apartment. At the end of February/beginning of March, it was very quiet. The Baltic Sea is not visible from the apartment, and surprisingly, the sound of the waves was rarely heard. The access to the beach promenade is just behind the property, less than 100 meters to the wooden walkway and beach, and can be reached directly through a back garden gate without detours. A paved, traffic-calmed footpath leading to the center, with both small eateries and larger restaurants, offered additional variety and was easily passable even in the rain. We felt completely comfortable. Even the - inevitable - construction work taking place in the house did not disturb us. It seemed to us that serious work was only started later in the morning out of consideration for us guests.

Beautiful holiday apartment, the amenities are quite good. We received coffee spoons from Mr. Meier, who surprisingly brought them over to us. Other guests before us apparently had a greater need. The staff member was very friendly at check-in. A washing machine would be great. We stayed there for 3 weeks, had a good rest, and will come back. Spacious apartment, very friendly and brightly furnished. The mattresses are the best I have ever slept on. The kitchen equipment is sufficient. The apartment was very clean and was left that way by us. For us as electric car drivers, the charging station right in front of the apartment was a huge plus. You can only feel comfortable here!

We were for the second time with four people, one of them in a wheelchair, in the Beach Villa Krabbe (Apartment 15) and felt completely comfortable again. The bright and modern equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The location directly at beach access 14 is a dream, the peace as well. But the best thing is that a person in a wheelchair can move around the apartment alone without any problems.

Were in this vacation rental for the second time in October. This time with our grandchild. It was again a really nice holiday, even though the weather wasn't as good as in October 2022. Unfortunately, the Ullrich fish smokehouse was closed. We were looking forward to the delicious fish. However, you get compensated at the Promenade snack bar around the corner. Great fish sandwiches and crepes with smoked salmon, cheese, and leeks - a dream. The vacation rental is really well equipped, also for people with disabilities. The only downside: there is no proper seating for people with mobility impairments in the living room. The sofa bed and the armchair are too low and too soft to sit on. It's impossible for disabled individuals to get up without assistance. That's why we brought our therapy chair. Nevertheless, a great vacation rental and a very nice environment. Will definitely come back.

The surroundings are also good, and the dune promenade is very suitable for people with disabilities. If you're not a fan of dogs, you might want to avoid it. This barrier-free flat, about 100 metres from the beach crossing, leaves nothing to be desired. Two bathrooms, one of which is suitable for a wheelchair, and plenty of other space make the stay very pleasant for four people. We felt very comfortable. We would be happy to come back.
