Description
We are renting out our beautiful chalet in Lathum near Arnhem. The chalet is located directly on the Iyssel; from the terrace or the living room, you have an unobstructed view over the Iyssel and its shipping traffic. On the other side of the park is Rederlaagse Meeren lake, whether you want to fish, surf, go boating, swim, or just have a cocktail at the Beach Bar (season dependent), everything is possible. The park has its own swimming pool (outdoor pool), a great playground as well as a restaurant, a café, and a small shop that sells fresh baked goods, beverages, and more. Newly opened in the same building is a Fun Bowl alley, fun for young and old. For the coming year, the opening of a mini-golf facility is planned, Minigolf In The Dark. On the premises, you can also rent bicycles or a boat for a trip across the lake. In the surrounding area, there are many activities for both young and old, whether it's a hiking or biking tour through the Veluwe recreation area or a visit to Burgers Zoo or a stroll through the beautiful old town of Arnhem.
Our chalet has 2 bedrooms, one with a 180x200 double bed (box spring) and one with 2 single beds. It features a dishwasher, an oven, microwave, grill, lounge furniture, and outdoor dining area. Of course, it also has a stove, large fridge, and freezer. Refrigerator, Senseo, and filter coffee machine, egg cooker are available on site.
The chalet is completely fenced or bordered by a dense hedge. Your four-legged friend is also welcome here.

Top accommodation ??
A beautiful house, very cozy and furnished with attention to detail. Very clean!! Top condition! Everything needed is available in the kitchen. And the highlight is the view of the river from the living room and the beautiful garden. Perfect with a dog, as it is completely fenced. Very nice contact with the hosts – highly recommended, thank you for the great stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

New Year's Vacation
We were here in the holiday park with friends for New Year's Eve. The contact was great, and responses were always prompt.
Starting at 6 PM, there was a fantastic fireworks display visible across from the riverbank this year. It lasted well past midnight – we loved it. P.S. We would have preferred to turn the couch to watch comfortably (maybe something to consider?!).
Otherwise, everything we needed was there. We can't say much about the location since the weather didn't cooperate for outings. But no one can be blamed for that.
We are happy to recommend it further.

Pure relaxation
So, the landlords get 5 stars plus! Very nice, we were completely informed about everything via WhatsApp. No questions were left unanswered.
The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, really everything you could need is there, and it is very nicely decorated.
The location of the apartment is perfect, directly overlooking the Ijssel and very quiet. The place itself doesn't offer much, but we wanted it quiet :-)
The nicest thing was just to rest in the swinging bed on the large terrace/garden overlooking the Ijssel. We were lucky with the weather accordingly.
We would definitely like to come back sometime.
Until then, we wish the Frank family all the best and thank you again for the great communication.
