Description
You enter the detached house through the front door and come directly into the kitchen. The open kitchen is simple, but equipped with all the appliances you need to prepare a meal for you and your family. Here you will find an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a 4-plate stove, a toaster, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a small oven for baking bread. The dining area is spacious enough for 5 people to dine extensively.
The living room is functionally furnished and has a cozy fireplace for those long, slightly cooler evenings.
Everything in the house is located on the first floor, including the master bedroom, which is equipped with a double bed (with separate mattresses of 90 x 200 cm). In the children's room there is a bunk bed with a double bed underneath (120 x 200 cm) and a single bed above (990 x 200 cm). All beds are equipped with single comforters and pillows. A crib is available free of charge.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. At the entrance of the house you will find an additional toilet.
You can park your car next to the house and there is plenty of parking for your car. In this house your pet is welcome.
The cozy town of Zoutelande is only 2 km away, where you can shop to your heart's content, have a drink on a terrace or eat in one of the many restaurants. This house is located on several beautiful cycling and walking trails and offers a good starting point for your vacation with dog in Zoutelande aan Zee!

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.

Zoutelande, just like the other coastal towns in Zeeland, is known for its beautiful, long and clean sandy beach! The beach in Zoutelande has a length of about five kilometers, where many tourists spend days enjoying the sun, sea and beach.
Zoutelande is also called the "Zeeland Riviéra", because nowhere else the sun shines as often and as long as in this seaside resort! Even with a wheelchair or stroller you can reach the beach and the beach has been marked with a blue flag. This means that it is clean and there are many facilities.
Zoutelande is located in the protection of the highest dunes in the area. These dunes are therefore very popular with delta and paraglider pilots! In the Netherlands, delta and paragliding is limited to a number of places where flying is allowed. One of these places is Zoutelande.
There is a good chance that you will see paragliders from your towel on the sand or during your walk through the dunes. This way you will get unique pictures!
Various activities are regularly organized in Zoutelande, which are fun for young and old! Every year in August the folklore day is organized. There are stalls where various old crafts are practiced, such as shoeing horses, making wooden shoes and smoking eel. The whole day is filled with music and entertainment!
There are also several fireworks on the dike, Catharinen church is definitely worth a visit, you can visit the mill or go to the bunker museum.
Just outside the center you will find Brasserie de Meerpaal, where the kids can play in the waderschip while you enjoy a drink in the sun!
Do you like walking or cycling? Then a vacation in Zoutelande is also ideal for you! You can walk or cycle through the forest from Valkenisse to Dishoek or Vlissingen. During your walk through the dunes you can discover a beautiful lighthouse.
