This modern holiday apartment for a maximum of 4 people is located directly in the center of Gröbming in Styria, on the first floor of a holiday home, near the Hauser Kaibling ski area.
The holiday apartment is on the first floor and has a beautiful living room with a seating area and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds, a washing machine and 1 parking space in the private garage. The highlight of the apartment is the terrace with a view of the beautiful mountain landscape. The holiday apartment also has its own storage room for skis with a ski boot warmer. You can reach the apartment directly with the elevator.
Gröbming is located in the middle of the Stoderzinken and Kammspitze mountain peaks, in Schladming - Dachstein, where sport and adventure are very important. In Gröbming there is particularly the Hauser Kaibling ski area with a total of 123 kilometers of slopes (approx. 10 km away). This ski area is not only the ideal introduction to the Schladming 4-mountain ski area but also offers you a breathtaking panorama from the highest point at over 2000 meters. Skiers and snowboarders can look forward to 7 ski areas in the Schladming - Dachstein region!
In addition to golf, tennis and hiking, Austria's largest adventure park in Gröbming offers pure adrenaline for real daredevils. In summer you can find plenty of swimming fun in the Irdning bathing lake or in the Gröbming panoramic pool.

Had a wonderful stay in the new apartment in Grobming! It is a new apartment and you can see that, everything looks and smells new. The apartment is spacious, neat and everything is there. Also nice that there is a washing machine. We stayed there for two weeks with an 11 month old baby. There were no facilities for this, so you had to bring your own high chair and camping bed. There is an elevator in the building and for loading and unloading the car can easily be parked at the entrance. There is also a spacious sunny terrace, where you can partially see the mountains, but better to go out and see them better. The crowds on the street were not too bad, but don't think you're in a back street. The neighbors were friendly and quiet but can see into your terrace or apartment if they want. Incidentally, this did not bother us.Verder a wonderful base for various activities in the area. You are really in the middle of the mountains. Within a radius of half an hour's drive you have a lot of offer in the area. Recommended are the mountain Planai, hiking on the Galsterberg, visiting the Worsachklamm and the Salza waterfall. The hill behind the house, the Kumleiten, is also a nice walk in between. Also in the village many amenities available, two supermarkets in the village. You are practically next to the main street of the village with some nice shops and a tourist point. Bakery Steffl Back is also around the corner where you can also make a cup of coffee or have breakfast. Also nearby is a nice butcher where you can also eat something during the day or get a sandwich. Do not forget the pizzeria Belle Italia where you get a lot of goodies for little money. All in all we had a nice holiday! Tip: think of cash, you can't pin everywhere.

The apartment was completed in July and therefore brand new. We stayed in apartment 5 (top 5). A few apartments are rented out in the complex and people live on a permanent basis in the others. You have your own parking space (if you are in front of the cinema, the parking lot is right next to the cinema. There is 1 parking space for apartment 5). The apartment is fully equipped. The hall is very spacious. Plenty of room for coats and shoes. One bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe and the other a small narrow wardrobe. The terrace is spacious. There is no umbrella available. With warm weather you can't sit outside in the afternoon (too hot). There are 2 disadvantages:- unfortunately you don't have a view of beautiful mountains and valleys. You see an old barn and a tree. the mountains then you should not book this apartment.- on the terrace you have no privacy. The neighbors look at you in one bedroom and in the living room if you do not close the blinds that are on the outside. The apartment has no curtains. We have been in the apartment for 2 weeks and are very satisfied with the apartment Please note: the summer card (with which you can use cable cars for free) is not included.If you want to buy it, you pay more than 200 euros per adult!!At the Austrian tourist office they said that 90% of the accommodations do give the card to the guests commodation is new and can't give it to guests yet. That will take a while. The accommodation was cheaper than others. We thought the price-quality ratio was good. In short: very satisfied!!!
