Close to skiing areas of the Dachstein-Tauern region (Ski amade): Planai, Reiteralm, Hauser Kaibling, Galsterberg, Ramsau, also approx. 400 cross-country skiing kilometres and hiking areas as well as golf courses. Situated on the Prenten in St. Martin am Grimming, the house enjoys a beautiful location with a view of the Grimming and the Enns Valley. The Salza reservoir and the Salza waterfalls are within walking distance. Several pubs and restaurants are nearby. On the northern side of the Salza reservoir is the Grimming thermal spa with wellness and indoor swimming pool. All shops, pharmacies and doctors as well as a cinema and petrol station are available in Gröbming and Liezen, only a few kilometres away

Cozy family house with a fantastic mountain view
You can see that this is not a steril furnished house just for tourists. But a cozy family house, which has been created with a lot of love for detail.
The absolute highlight is to sit on the terrace with a coffee and enjoy the view of the mountain range.
In the surrounding area, there are plenty of opportunities for hiking or, for example, a high ropes course and a zipline for special family outings.
