The former one family house is located at the foot of the 2352m high Grimmings with beautiful forest walks and also climbing opportunities near the Ennstalbundesstrasse and opposite a glider airport in Niederöblatn on the Enns, a beautiful river also with many easy hiking opportunities.
For skiing there are plenty of possibilities at a distance of 10-40km by car. Haus im Ennstal as well as Schladming are probably the most famous of all and about 20km away . Otherwise there are Donnersbach forest and the planneralm which is located very high . The Dachstein glacier on the Ramsau is also a beautiful destination . The house has 4 bedrooms . One of them on the first floor with toilet and shower . The other 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor with bath/shower and toilet . There is also a fully equipped dining kitchen with corner bench and large table for at least 6 people .
In addition, a separate living room with comfortable corner leather couch TV and W-lan connection. A garden extends all around with table chairs and barbecue. There is also a double garage for the winter. There is an inn with good warm cuisine (BIERHÄUSL) just outside the house directly on the main road.

Very good location for a family holiday with a dog.
We spent two weeks in the house with our dog, and the first week our children were there too. This was our second time, and we enjoyed it very much again. The house is fully equipped, and there are many opportunities for hiking in the area, even in the mountains. The house was very clean. There was an issue with the hot water, which was quickly resolved. The service from Petra and Siegrid is excellent, and they are very easy to reach. Our dog also enjoyed it very much. Bed linen and towels are included, and that's really great and makes a difference when packing. Occasionally, you can hear the B320 road, but it is still 100% recommendable!

Had a wonderful vacation in this house.
We have been here for 3 weeks, have enjoyed it. The house is neat and clean and very complete, everything you can think of is available, a lot of cooling and freezing space, a well-functioning vacuum cleaner (without odors). The beds were already made on arrival. The hostess is very friendly and very helpful, she does everything to make you feel at home and is easy to reach, responds quickly if there is anything. Despite a farm in the immediate vicinity, we hardly had any problems with flies. Nice garden with lots of privacy. Beautiful nature, not yet overrun by tourism. If you like peace and quiet, this is definitely recommended!

Am Austrian and grew up in this house of my parents. Currently live in the UK but my dear friend will help me with the rental if I can not be on site I have only fond memories with long hot summer days at the lake or swimming pool We have some nice swimming lakes and swimming pools in the area within a radius of about 10 km by car . Also the beautiful famous Salzkammergut is located just behind the Grimming with Tauplitz Alm as well as Kulm with the famous ski jump. There are also beautiful warm spas in this area around Bad Mitterndorf We also have a power plant reservoir close by and a beautiful hiking and biking trail stretches all around from the Ennstal to the Salzkammergut Beautiful long hikes or bike ride in the 100% ozone-rich mountain air always good for body and soul. It was idyllic to grow up here and have many fond memories of my childhood with many dear German guests and their children my former playmates during their vacations as my parents rented rooms at that time.
