The holiday cottage Ostseebrise offers you very good living comfort on 60 sqm (2 floors).
The living room with couch, TV, and fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere at any time of year.
The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, etc.) with dining table and sitting area is located on the ground floor.
A staircase leads you to the two bedrooms (2 single beds & 1 double bed).
The bathroom is pleasantly and brightly furnished with shower, washbasin, and toilet. On your spacious garden terrace, garden furniture and a grill are available for you.
We offer you free Wi-Fi. A cot and high chair for children are also provided.
You have plenty of space for playing badminton etc., and for the little ones there is a swing and sandbox.

Absolutely great!

Top holiday home in a secluded location
A very well-maintained holiday home. Everything you need is available. Nice landlords. Great quiet location. Very clean rooms. Not far from the Baltic Sea. The outdoor area is very well maintained... very cozy seating area. This holiday home is highly recommended. Thanks to the Hoger family for the well-maintained holiday home.

Nice short vacation
Clean, well-maintained good accommodation. Hosts are friendly and always available. Quiet, beautiful surroundings. We have been to Usedom many times and we loved it again. Thank you very much.

Disappointed by landlord
My husband and I were in the holiday apartment twice last year. In winter, the heating was very sparingly so we had to light the fireplace. Throughout the house, there are signs telling you how to behave and what you should avoid. We have never experienced this in any other holiday apartment. In the summer, it rained almost continuously, and we couldn't even turn on the bathroom heater. A rusty grill was the final straw, which led to an argument with Mr. Hoba, who became offensive. We were very disappointed.
We have been renting out our 3 holiday flats in the Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen since 2005. As a native of Karlshagen, I know what our guests want and expect Of course, some holiday tips are part of it. See you soon on the sunny island.
