beautifully waxed, with barbecue, large swimming pool (4x8m), outdoor shower and parking for 3 cars.
For our guests also sun loungers, parasols, 5 bicycles and Vespa scooters available.

lies the holiday home Casa Lobo in Miami Playa in the district "Costa Zefir".
This beautifully designed and tastefully furnished holiday home with a tower features three bedrooms and a large living and dining area with an adjoining kitchen. The holiday home offers you 115m² of living space, providing enough room for a relaxing holiday without compromise. On the ground floor you will find a spacious and very tastefully furnished living-dining room (32m²) with German satellite TV and radio, as well as a DVD player with USB connection. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size stove and oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine.
Two of the double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet, and washbasin are located in the rear area of the ground floor.
In the "tower", the 1st... On the upper floor, there is a studio (32m²) with a cozy sofa corner, double bed, air conditioning, balcony with sea view, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, and washbasin.
From the living room, you can access the terrace with direct access to the garden and pool. The lovingly designed outdoor area features a large pool (4x8m) with outdoor shower, a built-in barbecue, and garden furniture including sun loungers and umbrellas.
The washing machine located in the garage, as well as the bicycles (4 pcs.), are available for use. ) and the Vespa scooter (50cc) are also available for you to use. (For cold days, there is also heating here.) The house has everything you need for a carefree holiday.
The property (approx. 540m²) is completely enclosed by a wall and densely planted. Three cars can be parked safely here; alternatively, there is ample parking available on the street. Your shopping at the supermarket or a visit to a restaurant can be done on foot (). A café and a French bakery are just around the corner, about 300m away on foot; it is only about 1000 meters to the sandy beach and the dreamy coves of Miami Playa.
Typical old Catalan towns, villages, harbors, reservoir, churches, monasteries, and a museum with history await you in Labberia (9km), Reus (25km), Tarragona (32km), Siruana (60km), Barcelona (120km), and Montserrat (105km). Cambrils (12km), Salou (20km) and the amusement park "Port Aventura" (the second largest theme park in Europe after Disneyland Paris) invite you to adventure, enjoyment and shopping.

In addition, leisure activities can be rounded off with a visit to one of the many bars, restaurants, and/or shopping options. For sea lovers, there is also a water sports harbor (“L'Hospitalet de l'Infant”) just 2 km away.
The nearest golf course (one of the most beautiful in Spain – “Bonmont Terres Noves”) is only 3 km away.

Great villa at a bargain price
The reservation and booking went smoothly. The landlord described everything in detail, including tips. On site, we were surprised that everything matched the description or was even understated. Top price-performance ratio! We didn't miss anything in the household. The pool was regularly cleaned without us noticing. It took us 10 minutes by car to the beach, and 3 minutes on foot to the shopping center. We felt very comfortable, have already been there twice, and can recommend the villa.
