This holiday home for 5 people is located in the bungalow park De Yperhof, a small and quiet park. The holiday park is centrally situated between the beach and the center of Julianadorp. All bungalows have their own plot of land and the outer ring overlooks the famous flower bulb fields of Julianadorp.

When you enter the house, you immediately arrive in the spacious living room with open kitchen. The living room is modern and stylishly furnished with a comfortable sofa and a cozy dining area. The fireplace in the living room cannot be used. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a four-burner gas stove. Next to the kitchen is the completely renovated bathroom with a rain shower and spacious washbasin. The house has a separate toilet next to the bathroom. There is also a washing machine and a dryer available in the storage room outside.

On the ground floor you will find the first bedroom. There is a bunk bed with two single mattresses. On the first floor you will find two more bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe, and one bedroom with two single beds.

The detached house has a large garden with panoramic views of the flower fields and the dunes of Julianadorp in the distance. The garden has a terrace with garden furniture.

The house is in a very quiet location, just what you need to switch off! In the village you will find everything your heart desires: many stores, supermarkets (including Albert Heijn and Lidl), a fish store, cafes, restaurants, a tennis court, mini golf, a swimming pool, a golf course and a sports school
The cozy beach pavilion "Paal 6" is open all year round.
In the park Ooghduyne (about 500m) there is a swimming pool and a golf course.
In Den Helder, about 6 km away, there are many attractions: among others, the Rescue Museum, the Marine Museum, the Children's Play Paradise, a cinema. A Japanese garden as well as Fort Kijkduin with a North Sea aquarium
In the summer there are various markets and different events.
