A great place for a family vacation! The kids loved playing in the garden, while we enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings. The local food options were also lovely, especially Pizzería Marsili just a short drive away.

This vacation home exceeded our expectations. The terrace was an ideal place to relax with a morning coffee. We also appreciated how accessible the apartment was for my older parents. Highly recommended!

Charming and quiet corner! We were extremely pleased with our stay, the local pilgrimage church Maria Martental was a beautiful sight to see, and the hosts were very hospitable. We often felt truly relaxed during our stay here.

Very nice apartment in a very small village with <100 inhabitants. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The terrace with barbecue and the very beautiful view of course a dream. Due to the great location on the edge of the village, it was very quiet and perfect for relaxation Holiday. With the dog you are immediately on the field and can enjoy various paths and routes with four-legged friends or children immediately. We felt very comfortable and welcome in Filz and will definitely be back. Nearest shops easily accessible by car in 15 minutes. There are no shops in the town itself.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming, they made us feel at home right away. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially liked the underfloor heating during our winter visit!

Very nice little house in a beautiful environment. All peace. Everything within a few kilometers. Supermarkets, restaurants, and gas station. From there, many excursions made that are not far away at all. Definitely worth repeating.
