From March 1st 2022 with private pool! Casa Abuela is quietly located in the centre of Maria de la Salud. The nearest beaches (Playa de Muro) are about 20 minutes away by car.
Through narrow and picturesque alleys you reach the centre of the village, where Casa Abuela is located. The house has been lovingly modernised and decorated and offers an original interior. Casa Abuela has a large living room, dining room, study, shower room and kitchen on the ground floor. The adjoining terrace is furnished with table and chairs and leads to the patio with a private pool, which is furnished with a comfortable outdoor sofa and hammock. Upstairs are double bedrooms, shower room and a terrace for another retreat. The living room is equipped with a large Smart TV and the wifi is super fast (100 mbit fibre optic cable). If you are looking for a holiday off the beaten tourist track, this is the place for you.
In Maria de la Salut you will meet friendly people, in a community surrounded by nature. Casa Abuela is quietly located in the centre of Maria de la Salud. Traditional festivals are celebrated here and in the evenings people meet in the Plaça. The Plaça with its restaurants and bars is only a stone’s throw away. Fridays are also market day here. The nearest beaches are in Can Picafort, Son Serra de Marina or Playa de Muro, all about 20 minutes away by car.

The location is ideal. You can reach Inca in 20-30 minutes by car, the fine sandy beaches of Playa de Muro, Can Picafort or Son Serra and are just as quickly in Palma, the island's capital. The townhouse is just a stone's throw from the Plaça, where you will find fantastic restaurants.

Free cancellation possible up to 29 days before the arrival date.
The tenant can withdraw from this agreement any time before the rental commences. The cancellation has to be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, registered mail or email will do in order to be effective. The cancellation will take effect the day contacto-mallorca receives the statement. In the event of a cancellation of contract prior to the commencement of the rental contacto-mallorca strives to find another tenant under the same terms of the contract for the agreed period. Provided that contacto-mallorca will find another tenant for the same period under the same terms of the contract, 10 % of the agreed rental fee will become due as a flat rate reimbursement of expenses regardless of the date of cancellation.
In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
• If the tenant cancels this agreement more than 57 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 0 % of the agreed rental fee.
• If the tenant cancels this agreement between 56 and 29 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 15 % of the agreed rental fee.
• For a cancellation of this agreement less than 28 days, the tenant pays 95% of agreed rental fee.
For a No Show the tenant pays 100 % of the rental fee.

We had a wonderful 8 days at Martina's place. It was bigger than we expected and the decor was lovely. The courtyard is a haven of peace and quiet and very private and we spent most afternoons there reading and chatting. The location is ideal as it is so close to a local supermarket and four lovely restaurants/cafes. We found the local people absolutely lovely also - very friendly and accommodating. We will be back! Thank you!

We really enjoyed this lovely town house which is peaceful, safe and very private. It has a traditional heavy front door which we found an attractive feature. Very comfortable mattresses and air conditioning when needed. We stayed for the first week in October and it was hotter (30 degrees) than we expected. Therefore we really appreciated the smart outside courtyard and plunge pool. We found eating out in the nearby town of Sineu at the Windmill restaurant and the local pizza and pasta place to be highlights. Although there was good food to be had Maria Salute itself.
