The design is modern and practical, everything is flawlessly clean.

The villa is located in the municipality of Sveta Nedjelja, 8 km from Labin. The nearest small shop is 2 km away from the villa and everything else - supermarkets, petrol stations, ATMs etc. They'll find you in Labin.
The location of the house gives you a lot of peace, but also the availability of all the amenities that Istria has to offer in summer.
The nearest airport is Pula Airport, 45 km from the accommodation.

In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2021 or 2022. The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.
