75 sqm apartment + 35 sqm terrace, spacious and comfortable for 4 people.

Location and surroundings of object

Perfect for couples or small families, for a relaxing stay and a beach vacation.
Great starting point to visit the Italian Riviera and the Ligurian villages.

JUST IN FRONT OF THE SEA AND BEACH!
The apartment is in an excellent location: in the centre of Imperia Oneglia (one of the two parts of which Imperia is composed: Imperia Oneglia + Imperia Porto Maurizio).

It is 100 meters from “Calata Cuneo”, the main pedestrian area of Imperia Oneglia.
“Calata Cuneo” is the esplanade, along the tourist port.
There you find many restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, pubs.

Our suggestions:
- Pub for drinks and aperitif: “SURF” (also restaurant, pricey but refined).
- “Osteria Da Bea”, “Trattoria Bugamatta”, “Restaurant Toulì”, “Portegu De Ma”, Pizzeria/Restaurant “Il Melograno”.
- High-level restaurant: “Chez Braccioforte”.
- Restaurant on boat: “Pingone”, fishers and cooks.

Beaches:
The nearest beach is just in front of the apartment, 100 meters from the building (private beach: “Sogni d’Estate”, with swimming pool).
More beaches, both private and public, can be found just after “Sogni d'Estate”, therefore at a greater increasing distance. They are still close, easily reachable on foot.
Other beach establishments: Koko Beach (300m), Papeete Beach (600m).
Then, there are free beaches; and free-equipped beaches, with kiosk / café where you have the possibility to rent sunbeds, like “Pennello” (400m).
Nice beaches with pebble and rocks: “Rabina” (800m) and “Galeazza” (1 km).
