The pool is shared by the guests of the 5 apartments there. Here you can relax in peace, swim, read and enjoy the sun. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available. There are several nice seating areas in the garden, so you can always find a suitable spot for yourself. Parking spaces are available for your car on the property. The communal washing machine is also practical.
The villa is located on a large, park-like garden plot, which is beautifully planted with Mediterranean plants. In the neighborhood are other villas, large gardens and private houses. Since Villa Palmira is only 1 km from the sea, you can walk to the beach or go quickly by bike.

Im Falle von Kulanz-Regelungen (z.B. bei kurzfristigen Umbuchungen, Gutschein-Umwandlung, etc) gelten andere Stornosätze. Bei Nichtantritt der Reise wird der gesamte Mietpreis berechnet abzüglich nicht in Anspruch genommener Leistungen, sofern diese lt. Preisliste nicht pauschaliert im Tages- bzw. Wochenpreis enthalten sind. Es steht dem Gast stets frei – auch bei Berechnung der pauschalierten Stornoentschädigung – nachzuweisen, dass ein Schaden nicht oder nicht in der berechneten Höhe entstanden ist.
