This big Villa is located above the harbor city of Imperia (Capo Berta), and is definitely suited those with distinctive tastes; it will comfortably sleep up to eight people. On the ground floor you will find the large living room with fireplace, a cosy reading niche and a large dining table. For those who love cooking, the kitchen is spacious with stove and dishwashing machine. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are also on this floor. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace with its superb view and your own barbecue. The expansive marble stairs take you to the second floor, which is divided into three bedrooms with a dressing room and two bathrooms. The unobtrusive upstairs terrace offers sun lovers plenty of space and a discreet ambience. There is also a large shared pool with a sea view. Your car can be safely parked in the parking space inside the closed off property.

Location and surroundings of object
You can buy traditional olive oil on location in Imperia from Carli, Raineri and Isnardi. Furthermore, we recommend that you visit the olive oil museum in Imperia which was designed with a lot of effort and love. There you will learn some interesting facts about the background to olive cultivation, olive harvesting as well as the production of the well-known olive oil. Another important economic factor is even today still floriculture.
The regional products are of course a special delicacy and specialty. The Ligurian Focaccia gets its unmistakable taste from the special olive oil. Likewise the Vessalico garlic is something very special. It is used as an ingredient in many specialties, such as the Ligurian Pesto. The unique climate influenced by the sea and the mountains gives the specialties their very special and rare taste. When you visit Imperia, make it a point to go to one of the many restaurants in the ports of Oneglia and Porto Maurizio. There is something for every taste in those places.
The beaches in Imperia are rich in diversity. You will find there sandy beaches as well as rock and stone beaches. The beaches in Oneglia are of the stone and rock type. You will find several parking lots and what’s more, a larger children's playground along Lungomare, in the direction of the Diano Marina. Whoever is travelling by bicycle can ride from here along the old connecting road to Diano Marina and enjoy the proximity to the sea.
There are both free beaches with service (Orange Beach) in Borgo Marina as well Bagni which are subject to payment (e.g. Bagni Oneglio). There is also a dog beach in this place (Bagni Buraxen).
From Borgo Marina, you can get to Borgo Foce through a footpath (Lungomare Domenico Moriani), underneath Aurelia. There is a free sandy beach (Foce Beach) there, as well as sections of rocky beach. From the beaches in Borgo Prino you get a fantastic view of the panorama of Porto Maurizio and that of Torre Prarola. At the beginning you will find a small sandy beach section. If you drive further on, you will get to the rocky beach. You will also find two bigger parking lots there.

The pool is available for you to share with other users and is approx. 50 meters away. The custodian of the property lives in the basement. Sale of olive oil and wine directly from the producers(on the farm), good restaurants nearby, events and festivals in the surrounding region all year round.

Wir haben einige ihrer Tips befolgt und waren sehr zufrieden.
Restaurants zb das Macaroni in Diano marina, sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch das cinque torre in civezza.
Pesto und Olivenöl etc haben wir gut eingekauft in Diano San Pietro, Venturino Bartolomeo.
Wer Interesse an Pferden und Reiten hat ist zu empfehlen der Reiterhof in Dolceaqua.

War ok. San Remo ist zu empfehlen. Am Hafen von Orneglia gute Restaurants. Gute Abwicklung. Hausverwalter sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Mehr Kochgeschirr für die Grösse des Hauses ( 8 Personen) - habe ich aber schon vor Ort ihrer Mitarbeiterin gesagt. Alles in Ordnung. Imperia , Menton, Nizza, Dolcedo.......... Wir waren nun schon zum vierten MAl in diesem Domizil, das spricht eigentlich für sich.Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Bei dieser Größe des Hauses wäre wohl ein Staubsauger angebracht und bei der Terasse (1.Stock) wäre es für uns besser gewesen wenn die Umrandung komplett geschlossen wäre, da wir einen Hund dabei hatten. Monte Carlo und die Restaurants am Hafen

Tout était en ordre, c'était fantastique!
Peut-être 8 chaises-longues pour prendre le
soleil à la piscine (il y avaient seulement 6).
Sûrement visiter Porto Maurizio, c'est une place chouette.
Restaurant : Baia Corallo à Porto Maurizio, avec une belle vue sur le port, un menu très bien, et pas chère.

Tippi toppi. Alles super Nizza unbedingt auch am Abend besuchen. Am besten zweimal. Dolceaqua ist eine reise Wert. Der Supermarkt im Norden von Imperia Bennett ebenfalls (im TomTom steht dieser unter Il Giganto)
