Only a stone's throw away from the Schwentine, you will find our holiday flat in the annex of an old town villa in Klausdorf. With a living space of 42 sqm over 2 floors, it offers enough space for two people.
Light, friendly pastel shades, Scandinavian furniture and a lot of attention to detail provide an individual touch in the living and dining area. From here you have access to the spacious and partly covered terrace with southern exposure, where you can enjoy the day or let it end in a Mediterranean ambience
The open-plan kitchen with full equipment allows a view of the greenery and invites you to cook together
The quietly located bedroom on the upper floor with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) is the perfect retreat to recharge your batteries after an eventful day on holiday
Also located on the upper floor is the high-quality shower room.

In just 15 minutes by car you can reach the Heikendorf spa beach in the district of Möltenort, which is sheltered in a bay. The guarded bathing beach with beach chair rental, a kiosk and restaurants with sea view is the ideal setting for a beautiful holiday
You will find even more beach life, "Pottkieken" and culture in Mönkeberg, Laboe, Schönberg and Stein.
