Description
The 2-room holiday flat is located on a small farm. It is 75 square metres in size and offers sleeping accommodation for 4 people or more. A children's bed and/or a normal bed can be added in the bedroom.
From the bedroom and living room you have access to the approx. 40 square metre sun terrace. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher. The entire holiday flat is at ground level and barrier-free (including shower).
The farm is used for natural livestock farming, with cows and horses grazing in the summer and the morning breakfast egg comes from the farm's own henhouse. The property is rented out all year round. Long-term tenants are welcome from October to April.
The farm is approx. 12 km from the Baltic Sea and approx. 10 km from Kiel city centre on the idyllic Dobersdorfer See in a slightly hilly landscape. The well-developed cycle paths around the Dobersdorfer See or a canoe trip on the Schwentine will quickly immerse you in our beautiful landscape.
The small farm settlement of Dobersdorf is just a stone's throw away from the towns of Preetz and Kiel. A rich cultural programme is on offer here, including the biggest spectacle in the north, "Kieler Woche".
But what particularly characterises our region is its serenity and relaxing tranquillity. And sometimes you think you can hold on to time here.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a picturesque garden lined with roses and other flowering plants. A car park is available for your vehicles. The large terrace invites you to relax and barbecue.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. You will also find a kettle and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals.
Entertainment is provided by a TV and free Wi-Fi. A cot is available for our youngest guests. Other amenities include an iron and a hairdryer.
The holiday flat on our farm offers everyone, whether young or old, disabled or fit, a good basis for a fulfilling and relaxing holiday. Especially the children are full of enthusiasm when they collect eggs themselves. Free cancellation possible up to 14 days before the arrival date.

If a cancellation occurs up to two weeks before the start of the rental period, the guest will incur no costs and the deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation is made less than two weeks before moving into the vacation rental, we will retain your deposit of at least 25%.

Vacation at the Kiel Fjord!
We were not only thrilled with the location of the vacation apartment but also with the furnishings and cleanliness! The landlords, the Dibbern family, welcomed us very kindly, and we had many nice conversations with them.

A beautiful holiday apartment with very nice landlords.
The apartment has everything you need for everyday life.
Ideally located as a starting point for all activities on the coast or inland.
When we return to this region, the holiday apartment of the Dibbern family will be our first choice.
