The flat is on the 2nd floor of a well-kept small villa in a very quiet location and has a beautiful view of the countryside. It is ideally suited for 1 - 2 persons. In the bright living-bedroom of 50 sqm, there is a double bed in one area, a cosy sofa corner opposite and the dining area and a desk around the corner. The living room and kitchen each have access to the terrace, and the kitchen is fully equipped. TV, record player, DVD player, books, records, games and audio books are available, as well as access to the fast W-LAN. The large roof terrace overlooks beautiful gardens. WC with shower bath, wardrobe in the small anteroom, a sufficient supply of bed linen and towels complete the equipment; you have everything you need.

The Kieler Förde, the bathing beach, the pier of the Fördeschifffahrt, the promenades at the waterfront, the university clinic or the state parliament can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, the city centre in 20 minutes. Bus stops with direct connections to the train station are "around the corner", bakers, nice pubs and restaurants as well as Blücherplatz with a supermarket and the weekly market on Mondays and Thursdays are within a five-minute walk. Only a little further is Holtenauer Straße with small shops, the theatre, a cinema and many restaurants. The very close Düsternbrooker Gehölz and a seamlessly adjoining green belt allow you to run around in the greenery and enjoy sporting activities in nature.
