Description
After an extensive renovation, we will be offering four completely renovated holiday flats in different themes from May 2022. The complex includes parking facilities, a large green plot with seating, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue facilities, a fireplace, a large outdoor chess set and much more. In the summer months, you can also dine in the garden and enjoy the unobstructed view of Lake Pritzerber
The flat "Birkenwäldchen", with underfloor heating, has a size of approx. 36 m² and is located on the ground floor. It is furnished for two people. The flat, with free Wi-Fi, leather armchair and flat-screen TV, is separated from the sleeping area by natural birch trunks
The sleeping area with two single beds (90x200) and a large wardrobe is at your disposal
The kitchen with dining area is open to the living area and offers a kitchenette with 2 hotplates, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and toaster. Of course, there are crockery, cutlery, glasses and other useful kitchen gadgets. In the bathroom, you will find a large floor-level shower with hose shower and rain head shower, WC, towel warmer, mirror cabinet, hairdryer and a built-in internet radio
The holiday flat is rented out for a minimum of three nights.
For your stay you can book a linen package for € 8 per person. The final cleaning costs € 35.00 once. Parking spaces are located directly at the house. Bed linen and additional costs are included in the total price. Smoking is not permitted. As the flat is also suitable for allergy sufferers, we ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in principle.

Location and surroundings of object
Fohrde belongs to the town of Havelsee and is a small rural village surrounded by Lake Pritzerber and the Havel. Fohrde is directly connected by regional train between Bandenburg an der Havel and Rathenow with its own railway station. From the main station in Brandenburg you can reach Potsdam in 20 min and Berlin in 40 min by regional express.
The Havel Cycle Path is one of the most beautiful river cycle paths in Germany. Various cycle routes lead directly along riverbanks and lakeshores in large parts and make individual cycling tours a pleasure. But the Havel or the Pritzerber See are also just right for amateur anglers. The waters are said to be rich in fish. All the important Central European fish species such as eels, perch, pike-perch and pike can be found here.

Simply wonderful in the chicken coop
After a very warm welcome, we spent some beautiful days at the Havelstrolch holiday home. Super beautiful holiday apartments furnished with a lot of attention to detail, and not only the chicken coop, but also the other apartments are very beautiful, each with its own special style (I was able to see them all, thank you again ?). The large garden was also lovingly designed and invited to relax. Beautiful cycling and hiking trails made our holiday perfect. We recommend this holiday home 100%.
