Description
The holiday flat is located on the ground and first floor of a renovated single-family house for sole use. You enter the house via a large terrace on the south side. There are three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and a single bed with the possibility of an extra bed. The cosy living room has a seating area, a large dining table with four chairs and a wood-burning stove. A small new kitchenette with fridge and oven allows you to prepare your own meals. On the ground floor there is a nice bathroom with a large washstand, mirror cabinet and shower/ WC. A second small WC with shower is located on the upper floor. The house has modern central heating and can be used all year round. There are two parking spaces for cars right next to the house
The large terrace is furnished. Parasol, barbecue and fire bowl are available.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located on the outskirts of the village directly on the Havel cycle path. The short distance to the Havel makes all kinds of water sports possible at any time. The bathing area in the Havel can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes. With the regional train you can reach the cities of Brandenburg and Rathenow, Potsdam and Berlin every hour.
The location on the Havel cycle path makes it ideal for cycling tours in the surrounding area. In Pritzerbe (approx. 1.2 km away) boats with and without motors can be rented. (no licence required up to 15 hp)
Many bathing spots on the Havel and the neighbouring lakes are also suitable for smaller children. There is also always a place for dogs to swim.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Wir waren als Zuschauer auf der Regattastrecke in Brandenburg zur Deutschen Meisterschaft im Kanu und haben das Ferienhaus als Ausgangspunkt dafür genutzt.
Es gibt sowohl im Erdgeschoss als auch im Obergeschoss Schlafmöglichkeiten sowie jeweils ein Bad mit Dusche, so dass auch bewegungseingeschränkte Personen die untere Etage gut nutzen können.
Die Radwege nach Brandenburg sind gut ausgebaut. Unsere eigenen Fahrräder konnten wir auf dem Grundstück im Schuppen einschließen. Die Abende auf der Terrasse waren sehr gemütlich und wir haben sogar Ende August noch einige Sternschnuppen gesehen.
Wir empfehlen das Haus gern weiter, es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einige Tage Kurzurlaub benötigt (Filtertüten, Spülmittel etc.).

Herrliche Ruhe
Die Unterkunft lässt für einen Kurzurlaub keine Wünsche offen! Sie ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet!
In kürzester Zeit ist man zur Erholung mitten in der wasserreichen Natur, sie lädt förmlich zum Entspannen im, am und auf dem Wasser ein!
Viele Freizeitangebote inkl. der historischen Schlösser im nahe gelegenen Potsdam lassen keine Langeweile aufkommen!
Nicht zuletzt möchte ich die Vermieter erwähnen, welche sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich waren!!!
Ein Aufenthalt der zur Wiederholung einlädt!!!

Great equipped holiday home in the green
We loved the terrace in front of the house, where we could end the day in the summer temperatures. The house itself is very tastefully furnished with attention to detail. The water (river) is also not far, currently still much too cold, but in summer you can certainly go swimming here. The train is only about 400 metres away on foot. You can be in Potsdam in 1 hour or Berlin in 1.5. We enjoyed the long weekend very much and would be happy to recommend this holiday home to others.
