Description

The Elbsegler flat is located in the quiet, historic Putbuser Straße in a perfect location between the town centre and the beach, near the spa gardens.
It is only a 7-minute walk along the villas of the spa architecture to the fine sandy beach of Binz. In the other direction, you can stroll along the main street past many shops and restaurants to the famous Binz pier.

Enjoy the view of the Granitz with its beautiful beech forest from the winter garden with terrace effect and perhaps end the evening in comfort with a glass of wine. The Elbsegler is a cosy place to forget the stress of everyday life and completely unwind.

The Goor is a 7-hectare forest area on the island of Rügen near Lauterbach, a district of the town of Putbus, which extends over 1.5 km directly on the shore of the Greifswalder Bodden. The forest Die Goor consists mainly of beech and English oak and invites you to go for a walk.

"Modern, clean, perfectly located – absolute recommendation!"

We spent a wonderful week in the Elbsegler apartment in the Villa Ahlbeck in Binz and are thrilled. The location is simply ideal: quiet yet central. Within just a few minutes on foot, you can reach both the beautiful sandy beach and the town center with numerous restaurants, small boutiques, and the famous pier. The path there – passing by the impressive villas of spa architecture – is an experience in itself. The apartment itself is stylishly furnished, very clean, and excellently equipped. We particularly enjoyed the cozy winter garden with a terrace effect, from which there is a beautiful view of the Granitz with its beech forest. Here we often ended our day in the evening with a glass of wine – wonderfully quiet and relaxing.
