Beautiful, well-maintained holiday home with private pool, approx. 85 sqm living space, very quiet location, about 600 m from the beach and about 200 m from shopping facilities. The house has 3 bedrooms, separate kitchen, coffee machine and microwave, large living/dining room with SAT-TV (flat screen), Wi-Fi, CD stereo radio, open fireplace with insert, bathroom/WC, shower/WC, washing machine, furnished terrace, sun loungers, built-in barbecue, enclosed property (300 sqm), garage and parking space. Pet by arrangement.
House Niami is rented only directly by the owner.

Recreation
In search of a beautiful house with a garden/terrace and pool, we came across the Naomi house.
The house has everything you need.
The pool is the perfect size and there are plenty of loungers on site.
We arrived by car and quickly realized that we hardly need the car.
There is also a grocery store right nearby.
To the beach, exactly 7 minutes on foot.
Very large sandy beach.
In the evenings, there is always something happening at the beach even in the summer months. We traveled with 2 children, one of whom is already considered more of an adult, but she was also thrilled with the place and of course with the pool.
I can only praise the landlady and the manager of the holiday home.
They all speak German and if anything is missing in the house or if you need something, they are always reachable by phone.
We are very grateful that we were able to spend our vacation in this house, and we would be very happy to be guests there again next year.

Superbly located holiday home for 1-2 families
Thank you Fam. Philipps and Sascha Banque for this beautiful holiday home.
All within walking distance. Larger supermarkets within 2 minutes by car.
We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again.

We were in the holiday home Niami from 02.09. - 23.09.2019.
We liked it very much and there was enough of everything you need for your daily needs.
The holiday home was spacious and very clean.
We spent a very nice holiday there and would do it again
repeat it.

Conclusion: We felt very comfortable all around and were in good hands.

We will be back!!
We felt very comfortable for 9 weeks!!! So that we plan to come back next year! The house has everything you need, the kitchen equipment lacks nothing! TV and W-LAN work great. Especially to mention the great support including tips from the management Olympia 87 from Sascha. Mrs. Philipps, the owner, is very nice and helped us with words and deeds - a big thank you! Hope to see you next year!

Beautiful Pentecost holiday in the Engadin valley
