House ENZA for 6 persons is located in Pula in a quiet part Skatari and is suitable for 6 persons.
That house consists of three sleepingrooms, a bathroom, fully ausgestatette Kitchen, Dining Area, Air conditioned living room, about Porch with barbecue in Hoff. Internet Wi-fi and satellite TV are also available. In Hoff is closed parking and pool. A dog is allowed.
The beach is about 5 km away and also the center of Pula.

Pula is one of the oldest cities in Croatia, which means that you have to consider: the best preserved amphitheater almost daily take place in the summer events, various museums, the harbor, the old town and the bustling market are characteristic . km. away is the city Medulin with colorful nightlife and family park in. Half an hour's drive from famous and attractive town of Rovinj, at the top of Istria Nature Park Cape Kamenjak with unique natural beaches. Brijuni National Park is easily accessible with a organize full day excursions of many boats.

Počitnice
Vila je super! Nič ni manjkalo,zelo dobro opremljena hiša, čist bazen, dovolj prostora. Zelo blizu plaž v Medulinu ( 10 min z avtom), Hidrobaze,Fažane,Banjol.

Booking, handover and acceptance of the house all went great.
Great house with garden and pool. Everything in very good condition and above all clean.

Tolles Haus, super schöner Pool!
Es war ein super schöner, entspannter Urlaub! Ein perfektes Haus für eine Familie, mit bis zu fünf bzw. sechs Personen. Die Schlafzimmer sind zwar klein, aber mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Das Haus, der Pool, Handtücher, Bettwäsche usw waren sauber und frisch gereinigt. Das Badezimmer war schön groß und die Waschmaschine war super. Wir sind noch nie mit so wenig schmutziger Wäsche nach Hause gefahren. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Spülmaschinentaps waren auch da. Alles top. Das Haus ist leider etwas hellhörig aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Der Pool ist direkt an der überdachten Terrasse, auf der immer Schatten ist wenn man es möchte. Wenn kleinere Kinder dabei sind, muss man immer schauen das sie nicht allein in den Pool springen. Mit unseren fünfjährigen Sohn hat aber die Absprache gut geklappt. In dieses Haus kommen wir gern wieder. Auch mit der Maklerin klappte alle Absprachen sehr gut. Sie ist sehr nett, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit! Immer wieder gern!

2 Wochen Urlaub
Wir waren mit unseren 2 Hunden rundum zufrieden. Sanja, die Betreuerin des Hauses, ist super nett und spricht sehr gut deutsch.
Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln, außer, dass es für 6 Personen vielleicht etwas eng wird im Haus, aber sonst war alles super

Beautiful holiday with dogs
My wife and I arrived with our 2 small dogs.
Due to traffic jams etc. we arrived not at 3pm as planned but at 7pm. After a call on site, Mrs. Saric, who looks after the property, was there immediately, welcomed us warmly and also gave us tips so that the first days could begin without having to search for long. Mrs Saric is also available at all times if there are any problems or questions.
House:
The house is small, but has 3 bedrooms for 6 people, a bathroom with tub and washing machine and a living room with kitchen and dining area. A nice covered terrace with a pool in front of it. In the kitchen everything is available. Coffee machine, microwave, gas stove/oven, refrigerator with freezer. Cutlery, pots and dishes are enough. Air conditioning is only in the living room. The property is completely fenced in so that you are protected from view and dogs do not get lost. The house itself is located in a suburb of Pula in a dead-end street. There are other holiday homes as neighbours, but also permanently inhabited houses. The pool was a dream. Clean and well maintained
Location: The location was ideal for us. About 5 minutes by car to Pula, where you can really get everything. Lidl, Kaufland, City Mall with DM, Müller, Deichmann, Spar etc etc. The city centre is also not far away. There were plenty of parking spaces in September. With our dogs we mostly went near the beach. Especially the area around Verudela beach is beautiful. You can walk around here for hours. It is especially fun with dogs, as there were really a lot of holidaymakers with their dogs.
Conclusion: For us, a wonderful, relaxing holiday in a beautiful accommodation. At this point we would like to thank Mrs. Saric again for the nice service
We will come again next year.

Perfect for holidays with family and dog
Sanja speaks perfect German and is very friendly and helpful. She also gives you great tips on where to go and where to swim with dogs.
The house offers enough space and is very clean and cosy. In the kitchen you will find everything you need, we only took our small Nespresso machine from home. But there is also a filter coffee machine!
The garden is fenced throughout. The pool is also very clean, the lighting in the evening is particularly beautiful!
The terrace is really big! Everything as described.
Thank you Sanja, we will surely come back and recommend you with pleasure!

2 wunderschöne Wochen Urlaub
Wir hatten einen wunderschönem Urlaub in Ihrem Ferienhaus mit toller Ausstattung und Frau Saric ist zu jeder Zeit präsent und erreichbar gewesen, sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich.
Wir möchten wieder unseren Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbringen, da wir mit allem sehr zufrieden waren .

Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Haus und Grundstück sehen genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Es ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles für den täglichen Gebrauch vorhanden. Hunde sind willkommen!
In dem Dorf gab es einen Supermarkt für die notwendigen Dinge, für den Großeinkauf ist eine Fahrt nach Pula empfehlenswert (Kaufland, Lidl, Spar, Baumarkt etc....alles auf einen Fleck)
Sehr nett und gemütlich ist die Caffe Bar RediCool, die fast täglich von morgens bis abends 23-24 Uhr auf hat.
Der Kontakt zur Travelagentur war immer sehr hervorragend und Probleme bzw. Fragen wurden auch sofort beantwortet und geregelt. Sanja gibt auch gerne Tipps, wo es gute einheimische Konobas gibt :-)

Fazit: wir wollten eigentlich gar nicht mehr nach Hause, es war so schöööön hier
