Beautiful and cozy house in the quiet neighborhood of Lake Sant Maurici.
The house has a living area of about 80 m2 and includes 2 double bedrooms in the main building and 1 double bedroom in the guest house. Additionally, we have a beautiful, well-equipped open kitchen with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, cooktop, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. Next to the dining area is the living room with access to various terraces and to the guest house. The house has 3 air conditioners and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
In front of the house we have a 7 x 3 m pool so the children can cool off in the summer.
The ideal place for a summer vacation in a well-kept environment with plenty of comfort.
Simply enjoy your time on the terrace with a nice barbecue. The house is suitable for 6 people.
Extras: Additional air conditioners (€10/day), washing machine, dishwasher, pool, outdoor grill, 2 terraces.

The cozy and tastefully decorated house is located only 8 minutes from the Rambla with its many stores and bars and restaurants
Empuriabrava is located on the Costa Brava - the "wild coast", at the foot of the Pyrenees, in the bay of Roses.
Empuriabrava offers the largest marina in Europe, with about 30 km of navigable waterways (canals), which give the place its typical touch.
You will find beautiful residential areas, the main shopping street (Rambla) which invites you to stroll, supermarkets, boutiques, pharmacies, cafes, discos, restaurants and sports activities.
The approx. 2 km long and wide sandy beach, the clean sea and the surrounding picturesque bays invite you to swim and linger. Relaxation and fun for young & old are pre-programmed here.
You will also find a sports airport in Empuriabrava, where you can try parachuting and paragliding.
The wind tunnel invites you to indoor flying. An unforgettable experience for everyone. There is also an artificial surfing slope - fun for young and old!
The place is the starting point for many sports activities such as diving, sailing, jet skiing, water skiing, surfing, kite surfing, canoeing, tennis, parachuting, go-karting, golf, mini golf, motorcycle and car tours
Children will enjoy the butterfly park, or the aqua park in Roses. Or you can take a canal tour with electric boats (rental without a boating license) and explore the canals and houses of Empuriabrava.
For dog owners there is a dog beach nearby.
