Description
The holiday flat is located in one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava, Empuriabrava is also known as the Catalan Venice. Located on the Mediterranean, the town belongs to the municipality of Castelló d' Empuries and impresses with its 30 km long, navigable waterway.
The 90 square metre flat is in very good condition and is only used by the tenants or owners. The flat has 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a separate balcony. The flat also has a WC, a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and washing machine and an open-plan kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. In the living area there is a comfortable sofa which can be converted into a sofa bed. In the living/dining area is the air conditioning, the TV, which is equipped with various game consoles (Super Nintendo Mini and Playstation One) and TV channels (multilingual). There are also board games for young and old. The car park belonging to the flat is available for the duration of the rental period. A boat mooring can be rented on request. The balcony with built-in barbecue is the highlight of the flat, offering a view of the lake and the Pyrenees.
There are several supermarkets, restaurants, shops and pharmacies within walking distance of the flat.
Large, wide sandy beaches: Large sandy beaches can be found in the immediate vicinity: Ampuriabrava - on site, Rosas 4 km away, San Pere de Pescador 10 km away.

Location and surroundings of object
Located in a quiet neighbourhood of Empuriabrava. The flat is located on the main canal (Maurici-see). It is only 600 metres to the supermarket. It is a 25 minute walk to the beach. To the shops and restaurants about 20 minutes on foot. You have a view of the mountains. The Muga Delta is a 5 minute walk away.

Very nice holiday apartment! -> Highly recommended!
Very nice and clean holiday apartment in Ampuria Brava with great and modern furnishings that create a feel-good atmosphere, located in a good, somewhat quieter area.
Wonderful view from the balcony of the pool, canal, and the mountains... It is a pleasure to sit here, drink wine, and enjoy the expansive view while completely unwinding.
There are enough shops within walking distance. The place is incredibly great, has a fantastic beach, and there are many other great excursion destinations in the vicinity.
As a family, we had a super vacation and are already looking forward to coming back again!
