The comfortable two-room flat offers 44 square metres of space for two people and is located on the first floor of the house. The friendly furnished living room is equipped with a couch, chest of drawers and a TV. Nothing stands in the way of relaxing movie nights. The kitchen is openly adjacent to the living area, is fully equipped and, with the help of a microwave and a mini oven, satisfies even the small hunger in between. Whether a meal at the dining table in the kitchen area or a cosy meal for two on the balcony, the decision is yours
Thanks to the south-western orientation, many beautiful sunny hours can be enjoyed on the balcony. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, which has a lying surface of 1.80 x 2.00 metres and a wardrobe, in which your wardrobe will find space. The bathroom is located directly next to the bedroom and has a toilet, washbasin, shower and a vanity mirror
You have your own parking space in the underground car park of the complex. WLAN can also be used free of charge. In the basement of the house you will find a bicycle room for your bikes and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer (use via coin-operated machines).
