Location and surroundings of object

With the rental car you drive from the airport Arrecife in the direction of Yaiza, then further to Playa Blanca. In Playa Blanca to the suburb Las Coloradas, in 30 minutes you are at the house.

The bungalow is located in a very good, quiet residential area directly in front of the fantastic mountain panorama of the Montana Rubicon.

The beautiful Papagayo sandy beaches with white sandy bays are within walking distance. The water quality here is excellent

The marina Marina Rubicon with its restaurants and bars is easily accessible via the beach promenade, the beach promenade continues to Playa Blanca with all its stores and restaurants

A supermarket is about 500 m away

The fire mountains are nearby.

After that you can again enjoy the peace and quiet of Casa Refugio .

Free cancellation possible up to 61 days before the arrival date.

The tenants can withdraw from the contract in writing at any time before the commencement of the trip. The decisive factor is the receipt of the declaration of withdrawal by the landlord. The cancellation fees amount to 30% of the rental price up to 60 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price from 60 to 14 days before arrival, and 100% of the rental price thereafter.

Little Paradise

Hello Michael
We were completely satisfied with everything during our stay at Casa Refugio.
The beautiful house is equipped with everything you need to feel at home.
Everything was very clean and cozy. We really enjoyed the wonderful terrace with the pool, hot tub, and the comfortable loungers. The quiet location was also perfect and contributed greatly to our relaxation.
We also greatly appreciated the provided drinks and the nicely filled fruit bowl. Actually, everything was there for the vacation to start immediately.
We felt very welcome and would love to return to this little paradise to get to know the fascinating island even better.

Lanzarote Costa Blanca Refuge House

Dear Michael Schmitt,

we have rarely felt so comfortable in a holiday home. Upon our arrival, we found chilled drinks and a well-stocked fruit basket for our initial needs. That is rare!!! Thank you for that!!!
The house has a central yet quiet location. You can reach the beach and the beach promenade on foot. We have already reserved for next year. That says enough.

A feel-good oasis!

A truly beautiful house, modern and comfortably furnished.
Pure peace and privacy, a wonderfully large pool and an always warm hot tub.
The large cozy beach chair became our favorite spot for sundowners,
maritime feeling in Lanzarote - simply great for us northerners!
Shopping options, restaurants, and beaches are in
immediate proximity. A rental car is advantageous, but not a must. What we particularly liked was the very nice contact with the host and the manager on site. They are always reachable, and our requests, such as an additional set of towels, were promptly fulfilled.

We would like to thank you once again very much for this wonderful vacation that we were able to spend in Casa Refugio. The overall package simply works for us, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. Anytime gladly again!

Pure relaxation

We are repeat offenders at the Refugio and have once again thoroughly enjoyed our time – arriving and feeling at home! Once again, we appreciated that the house is not visible and has a very quiet location. It is equipped with everything one could desire. Comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, and a very well-equipped kitchen make everything a joy. The pool and the whirlpool were a delight after our bike tours, simply wonderful. With plenty of sunshine, we had a wonderful semi-shaded spot under the "house palm." We'll definitely come back!

Super holiday

The quietly located accommodation is within walking distance of restaurants and supermarkets. The beautiful Papagayo beaches are also not far away.
The rooms of the Casa Refugio are super divided, from the bedrooms and the kitchen/living area you come to the terrace, which is windless and oriented to the south and west - so pure sun plus sunset . Everything is lovingly and sensibly furnished, nothing was missing. All windows and doors have insect screens or can be locked, so no access for uninvited visitors.
Our highlights were the beautiful garden and of course the jacuzzi outside!
The communication was uncomplicated and great and the landlord very nice - as was the contact person on site.
Finally, thank you very much for the sunny and relaxing days, we will be happy to come back!!!

Super relaxing time on Lanzarote and lots of fun cooking

Hello Mr. Schmitt,
everything was perfect in your house and after a long search for a new place to stay on Lanzarote, we found the right one.
The house is in a nice quiet location and we also like the short distance to the beautiful Papagayo beaches. In addition, there is a whirlpool in the garden where you can look up at the sky in the evening and relax.
The kitchen is, as they told us in advance, 1A! Everything is there and so we could pursue our hobby, cooking, with a lot of pleasure. Eating fish and scampi for three weeks was simply delicious!
Since we felt so comfortable, we will definitely come again!
