Location and surroundings of object

The holiday home is not far from the large marina of Zinnowitz. It is about 250 steps to the Achterwasser and about 1900 metres to the Baltic Sea beach. If the beach life is not your thing, you
has many other options, from extensive cycling tours - uniquely developed cycle paths over 200 kilometres long - or hikes to visits to the imperial spas.
There are also beach sections for dogs. The beach promenade with its many cafés and restaurants invites you to stroll and stop for a bite to eat.
The 12 m² balcony offers a view of the Achterwasser. Weber barbecue, handcart, WLAN, garden furniture, sunbeds, parasol, rotary dryer, games, 2 baby cots, 2 baby chairs.

The holiday home is well-equipped and spacious. We had plenty of space with 7 people and 1 dog. The property is very well-maintained, and our dog felt comfortable. We would come here for a holiday anytime.

Absolute recommendation

The holiday home is very modern and tastefully furnished. The equipment is top-notch! Even children's dishes and cutlery are available in sufficient quantities. When the dishwasher was broken, someone came immediately for repairs - so everything is fine.

The location is somewhat remote - it is about a 30-minute walk to the beach and about 20 minutes to the train station. However, this can be seen on the map in advance. So, if you prefer it to be a bit quieter or if you have bicycles with you, this should not bother you.

Absolute recommendation and great value for money.
