Holiday home Kering 19 in holiday park Nordzee Résidence de Banjaard in Kamperland.
300 m walking distance to the North Sea beach! The house is furnished to a high standard and offers you a modern, comfortable and homely ambience.
The holiday home was newly furnished at the end of 2022!
It is a pet-free, non-smoking house.
On the upper floor there are 3 spacious, bright bedrooms, which offer space for max. 6 people.
The bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed (180 cm x 210 cm) and Macazz box spring mattresses.
You must bring your own bed linen and towels or you can rent them at the Roompot reception for a fee.
A washing machine is available in the house.

The detached house is located close to the service building of the park (swimming pool, kids club, restaurant and snack bar, supermarket, bike rental, large children's playground as well as mini-golf), where fast charging stations for e-cars are also available.
The exceptional location - directly on the North Sea beach - makes it so special. In about 5 minutes you can walk to the beautiful, long sandy beach de Banjaard. The park itself and the immediate surroundings offer you numerous recreational opportunities.
The entire region has an excellent network of bike paths. If you wish, you can do without your car for the most part during your vacation.
Supermarkets/discounters are located in Kamperland (6.5 km), and Vrouwenpolder (4.2 km). There, in Veere and in the beach area de Banjaard are numerous restaurants.

A very tastefully and perfectly furnished house
From the very first moment, we felt comfortable in the Kering 19 house! We were pleased with the entire and well-tasteful new furnishings, including the wall pictures, and were amazed by the rich equipment in the kitchen with so many electrical appliances, including a Thermomix and several coffee machines.
All rooms were very functionally furnished and clean, the two terraces fully furnished, and the garden well-maintained. And a beautiful and sweet surprise was waiting for us in the dining area.
We can highly recommend the house and the previously important contacts with the rental.

Wonderful short vacation
A super-equipped, very well-maintained, and homely house with many loving details. The beach is practically "around the corner," with good shopping options nearby. We felt very comfortable during our three-generation short vacation (five adults and a baby). This was also contributed to by the very nice, completely uncomplicated contact with Ms. Stegmann as the landlord, who was available with advice and assistance for all concerns.

Relaxing Easter holidays
The house was perfect for us. Absolutely clean and very well equipped. We lacked nothing.
We personally did not use the recreational facilities in the park - but everything made an excellent impression.
It is also worth mentioning the very accommodating and friendly contact with Ms. Stegmann.

Autumn holidays 2024, Andrea with family (Age 55+, 17)
We spent a few days in the holiday resort during the autumn break for the first time. We were very pleased to be able to book this beautiful and high-quality accommodation at short notice and easily. The location of the house, with quick access to the wonderful kilometer-long beach and the best conditions for trips by bike or car to the nearby or further surroundings, was perfect for our stay. I would especially like to mention the pleasant living atmosphere. The house is tastefully furnished. Special emphasis is placed on ensuring that allergy sufferers have as pleasant a stay as possible. It was successful for me. Thank you! PERFECT HOUSE
We spent 1 week in the holiday home and felt very comfortable. The extremely friendly contact with our landlords was excellent. The cleanliness of the house was top-notch. Nothing was missing; everything was there. We will come back and recommend the holiday home.
