Description

Walking distance to the dunes (10 minutes), the beach and the vibrant city center of Renesse (20 minutes) lies this spacious, detached vacation home. The beach is only five minutes away by bike. In high season you can also use the free electric beach bus. The house is located in the park De Molenhoeve. In the sunny garden you can enjoy the Zeeuwse country life undisturbed.

In the bright, tastefully decorated living room is a cozy sitting area with fireplace. There is SMART TV where you can receive NETFLIX (via your own account) and a variety of German channels. From the living room you can reach the sunny terrace with a garden group and an electric awning. Here you can start the day with a breakfast in the sun and finish it with a good glass of wine at the barbecue. In the new, generously equipped open kitchen, next to the seating area, you will find, among other things, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a fridge / freezer and a combination microwave.

From the living room you can access one of the three bedrooms and the office. In this bedroom there is a double bed (160x200) and a closet. The bathroom, which you reach through the hallway, is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.

The stairs will take you to the second floor with two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with 3 single beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds. There are enough closets. On this floor you will find a second bathroom with bath, shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.

The house is centrally heated. There is free wifi. You can park in your own area. There is a bicycle shelter

The extensive area can be easily explored by bike or on foot

On the bike you can make magnificent trips through the neighboring nature reserve De Vroongronden, amidst wild cows, horses and deer.
Next to Park De Molenhoeve there is a supermarket, which is open in season. There you can buy your fresh rolls and newspaper in the morning.
The Brouwersdam (Grevelingenmeer) with its fantastic conditions for water sports of all kinds (kite surfing, windsurfing, sailing, beach sailing, kite buggy, fishing, diving) is about 10 minutes away by car.
