Description

The bright, tastefully furnished living room has a comfortable seating area and a dining area for 6 people. The house has satellite TV, with which you can receive a variety of German channels. From the living room you can access the sunny terrace with garden furniture and awning. After a day at the beach, you can wind down in the evening on one of the sun loungers.

The spacious, open-plan kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers.

The first bathroom, which you reach via the hallway, is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed (180x200) and plenty of wardrobes. The second bedroom has 2 double beds (respectively 160x200 and 140x200).

The second bathroom is located on the 1st floor and is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin, washing machine and toilet.

The house is centrally heated. There is free WLAN. You can park in the private car park (1 car).

The sunny garden offers plenty of privacy. Here you can enjoy the long summer evenings in the lounge corner by the warmth and cosiness of the outdoor fireplace. Of course, there is also a barbecue.

This comfortably furnished holiday home is situated in a quiet location on Park Molenhoeve in Renesse, just a few steps from the centre, the dunes and the beach. The house has a wonderful beach atmosphere. The sunny garden offers plenty of privacy. Here you can enjoy the long summer evenings in the lounge corner by the warmth and cosiness of the outdoor fireplace. Of course, there is also a barbecue.

The centre of Renesse offers you a wide choice of restaurants and nice little shops for shopping. There is a supermarket next to Park De Molenhoeve, which is open during the season. You can buy your fresh bread rolls and newspaper there in the morning. Nature lovers will also get their money's worth here. Just a stone's throw away are the most beautiful cycling and walking routes through the dunes and the neighbouring nature reserve "De Vroongronden".
