Description
Within walking distance to the dunes (10 minutes), the beach and the vibrant town centre of Renesse (20 minutes) lies this cosy, detached holiday home. The beach is only five minutes away by bike. In the high season you can also use the free electric beach bus. The house is situated in park De Molenhoeve. In the sunny, completely fenced garden you can enjoy the Zeeuwse country life undisturbed.
In the bright, tastefully furnished living room there is a cosy sitting area with digital TV with many German channels. From the living room you reach the sunny terrace with a garden group. Here you can start the day with a breakfast in the sun and end it with a good glass of wine at the grill. In the generously furnished open kitchen, next to the sitting area, you will find, among other things, an induction hotplate, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and an oven.
From the living room you enter one of the three bedrooms. In this bedroom there is a double bed (140x200) and a wardrobe. The bathroom, which you reach via the corridor, is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
The stairs lead to the first floor with two spacious bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (respectively 160x200 and 180x200) and sufficient cupboards. On this floor you will find an additional room with washbasin furniture, toilet and washing machine.
The house is centrally heated. There is free WLAN. You can park on our own grounds. The garden house is large enough to park your bicycles, for example. Next to Park De Molenhoeve there is a supermarket, which is open during the season. There you can buy your fresh rolls and your newspaper in the morning. The extensive dune landscape and the neighbouring nature area De Vroongronden are ideal for nice walking and cycling trips.
"Molenhoeve 7" has the perfect location between the centre of Renesse and the beach. Ideal for a holiday by the sea!

The extensive dune landscape and the neighbouring nature reserve "De Vroongronden" are suitable for nice walking and cycling trips to the beautiful old town of Burgh-Haamstede.
The Brouwers Dam (Grevelingenmeer) with its fantastic conditions for water sports of all kinds (kite surfing, windsurfing, sailing, beach sailing, kite buggy, fishing, diving) is about 10 minutes away by car.
