Description

Within walking distance of the dunes (10 minutes), the beach, and the vibrant town center of Renesse (20 minutes), this spacious, detached holiday home is located. The beach is only five minutes away by bike. In the high season, you can also use the free electric beach bus. The house is located in the De Molenhoeve park. In the sunny garden, you can enjoy the Zeeland country life undisturbed.

From March 2027, you will enjoy the comfort of two fully renovated bathrooms. In the bright, tastefully furnished living room there is a cozy sitting area with a fireplace. There is a SMART TV where you can access NETFLIX (with your own account) and a variety of German channels. From the living room you reach the sunny terrace with a garden set and an electric awning. Here you can start the day with breakfast in the sun and end it with a good glass of wine at the grill. In the new, generously equipped open kitchen, next to the dining area, there are, among other things, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, and a combination microwave.

From the living room, you reach the office and one of the three bedrooms. In this bedroom there are 2 luxury single box spring beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom, which you reach via the hallway, is equipped with a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet. You reach the first floor via the stairs, with two spacious bedrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with 2 luxury single box spring beds. There is ample closet space. On this floor you will find a second bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine.

The house is centrally heated. There is free Wi-Fi. You can park on private grounds. There is a bicycle shelter. Next to Park De Molenhoeve there is a supermarket, which is open during the season. There you can buy your fresh bread rolls and your newspaper in the morning. The extensive dune landscape and the nearby nature reserve De Vroongronden are ideal for beautiful walks and cycling trips.

The extensive area can be easily explored by bike or on foot

On the bike you can make magnificent trips through the neighboring nature reserve De Vroongronden, amidst wild cows, horses and deer.
Next to Park De Molenhoeve there is a supermarket, which is open in season. There you can buy your fresh rolls and newspaper in the morning.
The Brouwersdam (Grevelingenmeer) with its fantastic conditions for water sports of all kinds (kite surfing, windsurfing, sailing, beach sailing, kite buggy, fishing, diving) is about 10 minutes away by car.
