This spacious apartment in Kirchberg in Tirol has 3 bedrooms and comes with a relaxing sauna to unwidn yourself and heating to stay warm. It is perfect for a group of 6 or families to stay in a quiet and sunny location near the ski area.
You can have fun on the Kitzbühel Alps skiing area that can be reached in a few minutes drive. Enjoy cross country skiing and explore the stunning Brixenthal valley. Badesee lake is at 1 km and is great to beat the summer heat with a swim. Supermarket and town center are at 300 m and brings all your basic needs within reach. You can take the ski bus 400 m away, ski lift is available at 600 m.
The home maintains a warm temperature with the floor heating. The living-dining room has a TV to keep you entertained. You can relax on the terrace and enjoy stunning views of the Gaisberg mountain. The furnished garden is perfect to enjoy the greenery and the sun. Parking is provided for 2 vehicles.
Public transport is at 400 m and train station is at 900 m.

Location at centrum.Parkeergarage under app.View on ski meadow.Zitbank is worthless, it is more a couch.

Overall it was a nice and well equipped apartment. However, we had some problems: - dog waste in the garden - baby bed broken apart - ventilation in the bathroom defective - several shutters cannot be operated

We have been coming to Kirchberg for many years and so it is not difficult for us to find our way around. It is a wonderful environment and offers a lot of variety in activities and nature. Unfortunately, the service of the property management / office did not exist. We had a smoke detector right on arrival which urgently needed maintenance. This is expressed by a minute-by-minute beep EVERY NIGHT !!!!!. We have directly informed the office and you wanted to send someone from the property management by the next day at the latest. After two nights in the morning the cleaning lady, which is not responsible, and took care of the matter. Otherwise, some bulbs were broken, in the freezer still food from unknown and the reported by us wasp nest has taken care of until the departure of no one. Thus, the terrace was not usable. All in all, we have often booked with Belvilla, but since 2018 with the change of office operator on site, the service has suffered extremely. We hope on our next visit it will be better, the Kirchberg is already booked for 2020.

Nice apartment, but unfortunately lacked in the description beach chairs for the garden and the safe could not be activated. The TV in the living room had unfortunately only Dutch channels (but we still had a super nice holiday in Kirchberg and in the accommodation.) The area is wonderful for hiking tours and excursions use, especially nice was a ride on the Fleckalmbahn to Ehrenberghöhensee and in Going with the Astberg chairlift to the Astbergsee, wonderful panorama of the Wilder Kaiser.

Beautiful setting, coming to this area for the 4th time. Apartment was great, nice spacious, good beds and nice bathrooms. Really top location. After a wonderful walk in the mountains you can walk from the apartment to the village to grab a terrace. it was great in a word. Would go back again soon. It is advisable to take Sommercard, you can use a lot of cable cars and this also makes other activities cheaper. For children it is also great here, on every mountain there is something to do, from water paradise to climbing paradise. Simply super.
