ur apartment house is located near a forest edge, in the middle of a beautiful landscape. From our garden you have a fantastic view of the Tyrolean mountains Hahnenkamm, Kitzbüheler Horn, the Wilder Kaiser !
The perfect location, in Reith near Kitzbühel, guarantees on the one hand peace and relaxation and on the other hand a convenient connection to Kitzbühel and the surrounding ski areas.
The luxurious country house, in a quiet, sunny hillside location, is about 1.5 km from the center of Reith. The furnishings represent a successful mix of period furniture, antiques, modern comfort and handmade farmhouse furniture.
In the immediate vicinity are: the mountain railroad (4 km), recreational facilities such as outdoor swimming pools (6 km), the lakeside resort Schwarzsee (4 km), a golf course (3 km), a riding stable and a tennis court (1 km), as well as supermarkets and restaurants (1.5 km).
Because of the favorable location, the scenic diversity and the originally preserved village character, the small village of Reith with its inhabitants is a recognized neighbor to the city of Kitzbühel and a favorite place of those guests who are looking for peace and recreation, but do not want to do without the rich offer of infrastructural facilities of the top region Kitzbühel. In summer, the Schwarzsee and the Gieringer Weiher, the golf course "Kitzbühel-Schwarzsee-Reith", hiking and biking possibilities in the Bichlach and much more are a valuable addition. Thus, especially for golfers and bikers excellent.

The apartment house Meixner was completed in 2002 and since then offers apartments for rent all year round.
The house offers its own parking spaces for guests. The apartments each have a garden area (total area 300 m²) and a terrace (total area 40 m²).
Furthermore, a washing machine, a dryer and the in-house sauna are available for shared use. A domestic help is possible with advance notice (10€/p.).
Internet connection is available in every apartment.
