Description
With 137 m² of living space, the Fischerhus in Prerow offers plenty of room for up to 6 guests. On the ground floor, a large room with a sitting area, dining table, TV with a sound bar and open country kitchen awaits you. The floor is tiled with 100-year-old clinker bricks like in the exclusive houses in Kampen on Sylt. The entire house is heated with underfloor heating. Separated from this, you will find the WC with a shower room and the utility room in the entrance area. On the upper floor there are 2 spacious and cosy bedrooms and the attractive and fully equipped bathroom as well as another storage room. In the attic there are 2 more beds and a sitting area with a second TV. The well-furnished terrace with barbecue, parasol and sunbeds make living outside a pleasure as well. The 630 square metre property is not visible from the terrace side. There is a swing with slide for the children. The property is fenced in, from the road side with a Frisian wall overgrown with Sylt roses.
Holiday homes on the Stückweg are popular because they are located on a beautifully landscaped road with little traffic and a lovely ambience.

The house is located in Prerow in Stückweg. It is a quiet cul-de-sac in a preferred location. The terrace is not visible from the neighbourhood.

We are now at the Fischerhus for the 2nd time and are enjoying our time here in Prerow.
In addition to the good amenities and high-quality furnishings, the house offers a fantastically quiet location, and we were lucky to spend many hours on the terrace even at the end of September/beginning of October.
Despite the tranquility, the house is close to the center, so there is never a need for a car for trips into the city. A bicycle or good shoes are the means of choice here. For dog owners, not only is the large garden an advantage, but the nearby Darßwald, just a few minutes' walk away, invites for walks of any length.

Superbly equipped, almost new holiday home
We were already at the "Fischerhus" for the second time and are absolutely thrilled: the quiet location in a cul-de-sac, the large, fenced property, and the complete, tasteful furnishings make the vacation an experience. We will definitely come back!

Fischerhus Fischland-Darß
The fisherman's house was very nice! It was very clean, and there was nothing lacking! The price was reasonable. I would book it again! The area is very beautiful! Shopping is also nearby! I was there with my dog and my little granddaughter; the property is fenced, so neither of them could run away! Simply great and relaxing! The caretaker was very helpful and very nice! The landlord was very friendly, everything worked out with the rental.
One small request would be, it would be nice if a stair gate could be installed!

Bright, spacious, well-equipped holiday home
The light-filled house is very quietly located, and one always enjoys entering it again. It is spacious, the bright furniture is aesthetically pleasing, solid, and at the same time unobtrusive. Even on overcast days, it is bright in the house. The beds are very good, as is the modern kitchen with its excellent equipment of dishes and cooking utensils. Not even a salad spinner or asparagus peeler was missing; all the knives were sharp. The large, well-maintained lawn is perfect for resting or playing, and the lockable shed is spacious enough to fit the bicycle trailer mounted on the bike inside. We felt so comfortable in May with our two dogs that we booked again for next year right away.

Neben der guten Ausstattung und der hochwertigen Einrichtung, bietet das Haus eine fantastisch ruhige Lage und wir hatten das Glück auch Ende September/Anfang Oktober noch viele Stunden auf der Terrasse verbringen zu können.
Trotz der Ruhe liegt das Haus nah am Zentrum, so dass es für Ausflüge in die Stadt nie des Autos bedarf. Ein Fahrrad oder gute Schuhe sind hier das Mittel der Wahl.
Für Hundebesitzer ist nicht nur der große Garten ein Gewinn, auch der wenige Fußminuten entfernte Darßwald lädt zu beliebig langen Spaziergängen ein.
Der Preis war in Ordnung. ich würde es immer wieder Buchen!
Die Gegend ist sehr schön! Einkaufen ist auch in der Nähe!
Ich war mit meinen Hund und meiner kleinen Enkelin da, das Grundstück ist eingezäunt somit konnte keiner von beiden weglaufen! Einfach super und entspannt!
Der Hausmeister war sehr hilfsbereit,und sehr nett!
Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich ,es hat alles geklappt mit der vermietung
Eine kleine bitte wäre da, es wäre schön wenn man ein Treppengitter anbringt!

Die Betten sind sehr gut, ebenso die moderne Küche samt ihrer hervorragenden Ausstattung an Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Nicht einmal Salatschleuder oder Spargelschäler haben gefehlt, die Messer waren alle scharf.
Der große, gepflegte Rasen ist zum Ausruhen oder Spielen prima geeignet und der abschließbare Schuppen ist so geräumig, dass auch der Fahrradanhänger am Fahrrad montiert mit rein passt.
Wir haben uns im Mai mit unseren beiden Hunden so wohl gefühlt, dass wir fürs nächste Jahr gleich wieder gebucht haben.
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber, geräumig, großzügig ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gemangelt und es ist sehr ruhig. Strand, neue Seebrücke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gaststätten sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Vertragsabwicklung erfolgt zeitnah und problemlos.
Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist zuverlässig, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Einziges Manko war die Sauberkeit. Überall - also in den Schlafzimmern und im Wohn-/Essbereich waren Hundehaare, etc. Wir haben bei Ankunft erst einmal das ganze Haus gesaugt und auch die Küche, etc. gereinigt. Die Gummilippen der Duschtüren sollten mal dringend ausgewechselt werden, dort war Schimmel vorhanden. Sowohl im Erdgeschoss als auch im 1. OG. Es gab viele Gegenstände im Haus, die unseres Erachtens schon länger nicht gesäubert wurden.
Wir hatten dann Herrn Meinhardt, der uns den Schlüssel übergab, angerufen, der sehr freundlich war und verständnisvoll. Dieser wiederum verwies uns an den Vermieter. Leider war dieser ziemlich aufgebracht und sagte, die Putzkolonne wäre am Samstag dagewesen und Sonntag hätte er das Haus mit seiner Frau inspiziert und nichts gefunden. Er beschuldigte uns also, die Unwahrheit gesagt zu haben. Nichts lag uns ferner, wir wollten nur einen schönen Urlaub mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkindern verbringen und es ist doch nicht zu viel verlangt, ein sauberes Haus zu bekommen. Wir wollten auch kein Geld zurück oder ähnliches - einfach nur ein sauberes Haus.
Die Vorrichtungen für die Mückennetze (in nur einem Schlafzimmer vorhanden), waren defekt.
Die eine Seite konnte man nur zur Hälfte runter ziehen und die andere nur sehr vorsichtig, sonst wäre sie wieder hochgeschnellt.
Das Haus ist, vorbehaltlich einer akkuraten Reinigung, Behebung der Mängel in der Dusche und der Mückennetzte ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.
Die Lage, eher am Ortsrand, bietet direkten Zugang zum "Darßer Urwald" und bietet somit gerade für Hundebesitzer die perfekte Ausgangslage für Spaziergänge. Aber auch mit dem Fahrrad sind viele Ausflugsziele wie der Leuchtturm, der Weststrand oder die Nachbarorte gut zu erreichen.
Die täglichen Einkäufe haben wir größtenteils zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erledigen können. Das Auto kann also ruhig mal Pause machen. Zu den Stränden sind die Wege allerdings besser mit dem Fahrrad zu bewältigen, zu Fuß werden es dann eher kleine Wanderungen.
Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Für die Fahrräder gibt es einen sehr schönen großen Schuppen. Prerow ist immer eine Reise wert.
Das Haus verfügt über geräumige Zimmer, die top ausgestattet sind von sämtlichen Küchenutensilien über eine Spielesammlung für einen gemütlichen Spieleabend bis hin zu einem eigenen kleinen Spielplatz sowie Gartenmöbeln etc. für schöne Stunden direkt vor der Tür.
Der Nordstrand sowie auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in fußläufiger Nähe.
Auch bei schlechtem Wetter eine super Lage für weitere Ausflugsziele wie bspw. Karls Erlebnis- Dorf.
Von uns eine klare Empfehlung für dieses neue Ferienhaus!
