Description
With 137 m² of living space, the Fischerhus in Prerow offers plenty of room for up to 6 guests. On the ground floor, a large room with a sitting area, dining table, TV with a sound bar and open country kitchen awaits you. The floor is tiled with 100-year-old clinker bricks like in the exclusive houses in Kampen on Sylt. The entire house is heated with underfloor heating. Separated from this, you will find the WC with a shower room and the utility room in the entrance area. On the upper floor there are 2 spacious and cosy bedrooms and the attractive and fully equipped bathroom as well as another storage room. In the attic there are 2 more beds and a sitting area with a second TV. The well-furnished terrace with barbecue, parasol and sunbeds make living outside a pleasure as well. The 630 square metre property is not visible from the terrace side. There is a swing with slide for the children. The property is fenced in, from the road side with a Frisian wall overgrown with Sylt roses.
Holiday homes on the Stückweg are popular because they are located on a beautifully landscaped road with little traffic and a lovely ambience.

The house is located in Prerow in Stückweg. It is a quiet cul-de-sac in a preferred location. The terrace is not visible from the neighbourhood.
With the 'Darßer Urwald' and its surroundings, large parts of this unique landscape are assigned to the national park 'Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft'

Bright, spacious, well-equipped holiday home
The light-filled house is very quietly located, and one always enjoys entering it again. It is spacious, the bright furniture is aesthetically pleasing, solid, and at the same time unobtrusive. Even on overcast days, it is bright in the house. The beds are very good, as is the modern kitchen with its excellent equipment of dishes and cooking utensils. Not even a salad spinner or asparagus peeler was missing; all the knives were sharp. The large, well-maintained lawn is perfect for resting or playing, and the lockable shed is spacious enough to fit the bicycle trailer mounted on the bike inside. We felt so comfortable in May with our two dogs that we booked again for next year right away.

A holiday home for feeling good
We (5 people - 3 generations) spent the New Year 2024/25 for the second time in a row in the holiday home "Fischerhus" in Prerow. We were very satisfied again this time and felt comfortable. It is an ideal place for an undisturbed and relaxing vacation.
The holiday home is very clean, spacious, generously equipped, and tastefully furnished. Nothing was lacking and it is very quiet. The beach, new pier, shopping options, and restaurants are within walking distance. The contract processing is carried out promptly and smoothly.
The contact person on site is reliable, friendly, and helpful.
We will be very happy to come back.
