The ground floor apartment with garden is furnished with great attention to exclusive detail and offers plenty of space for wellness and relaxation. The stylishly furnished apartment features individually controlled underfloor heating in every room, SKY, digital satellite TV with LCD Full HD, designer stereo system, a gas fireplace, as well as a luxurious designer sofa with ottoman inviting you to relax. A seating and dining area, open fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, TASSIMO, ceramic hob with convection oven, make culinary delights a pleasure. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a Raindance wellness shower. The two bedrooms are additionally furnished with a large flatscreen TV each. Furthermore, the ground floor apartment includes a spacious sauna.
For your safety, our holiday apartment is equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and a fire extinguisher.
Lockable storage facilities for golf equipment and bicycles are available. Private parking spaces directly at the house as well as garden furniture, a large sunshade, and a built-in outdoor grill on the private terrace with garden area are included in the rental price. Our exclusive ground floor flat is located in the federal state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, in the beautiful town of Göhren-Lebbin, in the "Land Fleesensee" between Berlin, Rostock and Hamburg. The privileged location only 120m away from the lake makes every heart beat faster, therefore our Domizil Eden is perfectly situated and embedded in beautiful nature. Enjoy the nature of Mecklenburg, the wonderful tranquillity in a beautiful landscape, top-class golf courses and a wide range of leisure and sports facilities. Furthermore, the town of Waren on Germany's largest inland lake, the Müritz, is a short distance away. You can reach the town by boat via the Fleesensee and Kölpinsee lakes, by bike (bike rental on site) or by car. The Müritz National Park, the Barlach town of Güstrow, the GDR Museum in Malchow, the Müritzeum in Waren (the largest freshwater aquarium in Germany) are also interesting destinations for excursions in good or bad weather. A marketplace with shops and restaurants, small shops, an organic farm shop, outlet stores, a launderette and an ATM are also available in the village of Göhren-Lebbin.
By car, you can reach Göhren-Lebbin in only about 1 hour from Berlin and in about 2 hours from Hamburg; the Hanseatic city of Rostock is 65km away. The historic old towns of Waren, Malchow, Röbel and Plau am See are destinations by bike or car. In 2000, Göhren-Lebbin became the holiday resort "Land Fleesensee", Northern Europe's largest leisure and recreation area with offers for all ages. There are designated jogging paths leading to the lake or through the woods, golfing on one of the three 18-hole golf courses, swimming in the lake with its beautiful sunbathing lawns, horseback riding, hiking, cycling on the extensive network of paths through the lake district, sailing, surfing, boat tours or simply relaxing and reading a book by the fireplace or on the terrace with its own garden area and brick barbecue. General: We ALWAYS offer the possibility of rebooking. If this is not desired, the following applies: The tenant can withdraw from the rental contract in writing at any time before the start of the rental period. If the tenant withdraws from the rental contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant (if there are special reasons related to the person of the substitute tenant, the landlord may refuse the rental) who enters into the contract under the same conditions, and if re-renting is not possible, the following proportional rent amounts (excluding final cleaning & tourist tax) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses (but at least €50.00): a. Withdrawal from the 89th to the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price. b. Withdrawal from the 29th to the 14th day before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price. c. Withdrawal from the 13th to the 7th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price. d. Withdrawal from the 6th day before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price. We generally also like to offer the option of rebooking.

The floor is completely fitted with high-quality tiles.
All rooms are heated by underfloor heating (individually adjustable).
SKY TV and a DVD player with a large DVD selection provide multimedia entertainment in the living room in front of the exclusive gas fireplace. Our Wii game console along with captivating books and board games complete the offering—even in bad weather. A hair dryer, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, hiking and cycling maps, and informational material are available.
Pets are welcome upon request.
Bedroom: Our excellent box spring beds are topped with thick mattress toppers and ensure maximum sleeping comfort. For each double bed, 2 large pillows and duvets are provided. Here too, you do not have to forgo your usual sleeping comfort. We are happy to provide children's beds and high chairs free of charge.
Bathroom: Large daylight bathroom, toilet, designer washbasin, shower with raindance, hairdryer and towel warmer; as in the entire apartment, underfloor heating is standard here as well.
A year-round outdoor whirlpool heated to 37 degrees ensures maximum relaxation.
The centerpiece of our apartment is the large sauna, where you can enjoy a sauna session as you please. We naturally provide infusion additives.

Dream house with all comforts
Due to Corona, we had to wait a whole year to finally see this dream house. It was more than worth it
We had an unforgettable holiday week, with everything you could wish for. Even a few rainy days couldn't dampen our spirits. The sauna, the whirlpool, Sky, Wii, underfloor heating and the cosy furnishings are wellness, only much more private. The fireplace conjured up a romantic atmosphere. We slept like angels. Everything is clean and furnished with love. The terrace is not visible and you can sit comfortably and sheltered from the wind
The lockable bicycle shed offers enough space
The surroundings, with numerous bicycle paths and the short way to the lake are more than recommendable. If you are looking for relaxation and peace, this is the place for you.

First choice at Fleesensee!
I stayed with my family in this wonderful house for a week in January. In advance: 200% recommendation and worth every penny :))
The house is beautifully furnished and lacks absolutely nothing! Highlights were the gas fireplace, a coffee machine (which even came with coffee pads as a welcome gift), of course the hot tub, Sky TV, sauna, a luxurious and new sofa, and the super modern and extremely comfortable box spring bed. The proximity to the lake makes the house the first choice at Fleesensee. It takes two minutes to walk to the water.
The privacy enjoyed in the garden is a definite plus, unlike most other houses in the area, the garden and the hot tub are not visible from the street.
Customer satisfaction is also a top priority for the owners/landlords, you can feel it immediately.
We will be back!

Wholeheartedly recommend
We have spent several very relaxed days in this holiday apartment with unusually loving and luxurious furnishings in autumn. A lot of emphasis has been placed on details here. The apartment is very clean and spacious with all comforts, and we felt comfortable from the first moment.
With a whirlpool, sauna, and heat cabin, it is simply perfect and excellently equipped.
You don't have to go far to go for beautiful walks by the Fleesensee. We hope to be back here in the fall and are already looking forward to the new leather couch and box spring bed.
A big praise to the landlords. This is how vacation should always be! The location is beautiful and peaceful, yet you are quickly at the many shopping options. The apartment is truly highly recommended.

Never again!!! Lack of hygiene!! Bacterial skin rashes.
Upon arrival, we had to notice that the comforters and bedrooms have a sour smell. We aired everything out, and superficially, the apartment was clean. After three days, we had to note the first skin rashes, which on the fifth day covered my youngest child's whole body. He slept in the crib. The doctor provided us with ointments and antihistamines against the itchy bacterial skin rash. According to the doctor, this can be attributed to the lack of hygiene on-site.
Mr. Palikowski has not yet commented on the allegations.

Sehr geehrte Familie I.,
zunächst einmal bedauern wir natürlich, dass Sie mit einem Ausschlag aus dem Urlaub nach Hause gekommen sind und wünschen Ihnen baldige Genesung.
Wir weisen aber sämtliche Vorwürfe, dass Ihr Ausschlag in irgendeinem Zusammenhang mit unserem Haus stehen könnte, strikt von uns.
Wie es nämlich der Zufall will, waren wir als Eigentümer gemeinsam mit einer befreundeten Familie für ein paar Tage zeitgleich mit Ihnen im Haus – im Obergeschoss. Unsere Betten bzw. Decken und Matratzen unterlagen bzw. unterliegen der gleichen regelmäßigen Pflege und Hygiene wie die im Erdgeschoss. Auch unser Pool wird professionell hygienisch betreut.
Noch wenige Stunden vor Ihrer Ankunft haben wir einen Kontroll-Rundgang durch die EG-Wohnung gemacht, eine frisch entkalkte Tassimo-Maschine hineingestellt, Backpapier und Müllbeutel nachgelegt, Wattestäbchen und Kosmetiktücher erneuert, eine neue Kerze ins Windlicht gestellt und nachgesehen, ob Kaffeepads und unser Taschenrechner als Willkommensgeschenk für Sie bereit liegen. Alles, weil es uns am Herzen liegt, dass unsere Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Dabei hat es wie immer nach Sauna-Aufguss in der Wohnung geduftet – meinen Sie das mit „säuerlich“???
Auf Nachfrage Ihrer Kinder haben wir kurz nach Ihrer Ankunft sogar den Whirlpool geräumt, damit sie hinein können. Und wie wir selbst sehen konnten, haben Sie den Pool in den nächsten Tagen dann auch gründlich genutzt, was ja ganz in unserem Sinne ist. Wir möchten unseren Gästen nämlich jedweden Komfort und viele Annehmlichkeiten bieten. ABER: Weder wir selbst, noch unsere Freunde oder deren Kinder, weder die Mieter, die unmittelbar vor Ihnen im Erdgeschoß wohnten und ebenso wenig die, die nach Ihnen kamen, hatten im Anschluss an den Aufenthalt im Domizil EDEN irgendein Hautproblem (alle haben den Pool genutzt). Und auch noch NIEMAND sonst seit 2009 – seitdem wir unser Haus vermieten.
Es gibt reichlich und überall Gelegenheiten, sich mit bakteriellen Infekten anzustecken – das wissen Sie so gut wie wir, das sollte auch ein seriöser Arzt wissen und über Inkubationszeiten wollen wir hier gar nicht reden. Bei Ihrem Vorwurf handelt es sich leider um haltlose Mutmaßungen, und daher empfinden wir Ihren Kommentar tatsächlich als Schlag in die Magengrube. Es wäre viel angenehmer gewesen, Sie hätten das Gespräch gesucht – stattdessen erscheint völlig unvermittelt dieser unangemessene Kommentar. Unser Verwalter ist per Mail und Handy immer erreichbar – ebenso seine Sekretärin - und wurde VOR diesem Kommentar gar nicht kontaktiert und hatte somit auch keine Chance Stellung zu nehmen.
Wie es aussieht, geht es hier vor allem um Reisepreisminderung, denn NACH diesem Kommentar, den wir einfach hinnehmen müssen, erreicht uns plötzlich eine entsprechende Mail – trotz inzwischen erfolgter telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme durch unseren Verwalter. Kein guter Stil!
