Description
Welcome to our cozy cottage.
On the first floor is the entrance area, living room with dining area, a bathroom and a separate kitchen. Upstairs is a bedroom with a 1.80 x 2.00 m bed and a chest of drawers and another bedroom with 2 single beds each 0.90 x 2.00 m and a wardrobe. The windows of both bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds. In addition, a guest toilet with a small sink.
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, Senseo, toaster and a 4-burner gas stove. Kitchen utensils and enough cutlery / crockery are also available.
The bathroom with a small window is equipped with shower, toilet, sink and a spacious bathroom cabinet.
The cozy living room is equipped with a sofa and 2 armchairs and the dining room area with table and 4 chairs. There is a Smart HD TV, also the house has free wifi for guests.
The large covered terrace with barbecue fireplace invites you to sunbathe and relax. A new seating with table is part of the basic equipment, as well as deck chairs. The garden is fenced and through the hedges provide privacy.
The cottage is a non-smoking house, so smoking is allowed only on the terrace. Likewise, dogs are not allowed.
Towels, dish towels, bed linen and sheets are to be brought by yourself.
In the park you will find many recreational activities such as bowling, tennis, mini golf, playgrounds, indoor playgrounds, billiards, foosball, small indoor pool with slide, squash hall, soccer fields and bicycle rental.
Shopping, restaurants, fish stall at the fishing port and much more are within walking distance. A large marina with a small sandy beach is in the immediate vicinity. Also a surfing, sailing and diving school
The minimum rental period is 1 week during the vacations. Arrival is Saturday, the takeover of the vacation home is possible from 15 clock (reception of the vacation park de Tong. Departure is also Saturday until 10 am
In addition to the rental price 55 euros will be charged for final cleaning and tourist tax. It is 1,95 per person/night in the high season (01.05. - 31.08.) and 1,75 Euro per person/night in the low season from 01.01. to 30.04. and 01.09. - 31.12.).
A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking.
The remaining price 4 weeks before arrival.
On arrival 18 euros must be paid in cash at the reception. This includes the key service and the scan card for the parking lot

Location and surroundings of object
The park: Holiday park De Tong is located in the immediate vicinity of the Grevelingenmeer.
The Greveling is a former sea bay, which is closed towards the North Sea by the Brouwersdam and on the east side, towards the Oosterschelde, by the Grevelingendam.
For shipping, a lock was built at Bruinisse to the Eastern Scheldt. Because it was shielded from the tides, it is called in Dutch het Grevelingengmeer - in German: Grevelingensee.
Here you will find many nice cycling and hiking trails.
Directly behind the dike is also a newly built marina and several small sandy beaches. In the marina you will find a nice water playground for children. The main beach "Grevelingen Strand" is about 6 kilometers from the vacation home and can be reached by car, as well as well by bike.
The fishing village Bruinisse is located in the far east of the island Schouven-Duiveland and can be reached in a few minutes. The village is located between Rotterdam and Vlissingen and is known for its mussel farming. The North Sea (Renesse and Burg-Hamstede) is about 24 km away.

If the contract is canceled up to 45 days before the start of the rental period, the deposit of 20% will be retained. If the contract is canceled less than 45 days before the start of the rental period, 80% of the agreed rental price must be paid. Family vacation
Hello everyone. We were 4 in the holiday home and felt comfortable right away. The house is modernly furnished and very well equipped. A nice kitchen with everything you need. The oven is great when you need to be quick ;)) the terrace is sheltered from view and covered, which I personally liked very much. The landlord has created a folder with many leisure options in the area. It showed us the way to the free beach parking, which was very helpful;))) The landlord was always available for questions and very friendly.

Everything you need is there.
We, a family with two daughters aged 6 and 16, spent last week in this beautiful house. It is equipped with everything you need, everything has been thought of. Perfect little stove in the kitchen. The contact with the landlords went smoothly and very friendly. In the evenings, we liked to sit, eat, and play outside on the covered terrace. Our little daughter kept busy with the toys from the room and the box. Great equipment!

Great holiday home in a very good location
We were on vacation in Holland for the first time and were very impressed by the country, but especially by this accommodation. The holiday home is located in a beautiful bungalow park not far from the marina and the beach. The Aquadelta holiday park is right next door. There is a children's program, numerous leisure activities, and a very good restaurant where you can end the day with a glass of wine. The equipment of the holiday home exceeded everything we have seen so far in holiday homes/apartments, especially in Germany. The house has a beautiful kitchen with top equipment. Children have their own room on the upper floor. Everything is very cozy. The outdoor area with great seating is also worth mentioning. Overall, it is a very nice holiday home. We would love to come back anytime.

This holiday home is definitely recommended. We stayed there for a week, but it was much more than relaxation and we were immediately in a state of relaxation: Very cozy cottage with genuine full equipment and beautiful garden, warm landlords who simply wish their guests a nice holiday from the heart.

"A very beautifully furnished house, in which nothing was missing. Really stylish. Everything and more was available in the kitchen. Beautiful small garden for sitting, sunbathing, and grilling.
