We took advantage of the lockdown and turned our house completely upside down!
You can look forward to light-flooded and lovingly designed rooms that will immediately give you a cosy holiday feeling on arrival! We have extended the entrance area, closed the large living room with a glass door, renewed the bathroom and toilet, replaced the kitchen, beds and stairs, and implemented a harmonious colour and lighting concept in all rooms. Most of the furniture and decoration was renewed!
Enjoy the most beautiful days of the year in our exclusive and modern feel-good atmosphere, which, together with the quiet location near the beach, offers the ideal conditions for a successful break from everyday life!

Our house offers you a spacious living area, large kitchen, storage room, guest toilet, 2 bedrooms as well as a large, gable-high bathroom. All windows as well as the terrace door are equipped with fly screens. Several smoke detectors for your safety.
Internet access via WLAN is available free of charge!
The new white high-gloss kitchen has exclusive and easy-care granite worktops and a dining area with two chairs and a bench, high and tripod chair. Ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster etc. are a matter of course. The other equipment is very rich: there is cutlery and crockery for 12 people. From coffee pots to tea glasses, schnapps glasses to wheat beer glasses, there is a suitable glass for every drink. Waffle iron, electric mixer + knife, blender, a large pot set incl. and various pans make cooking in our kitchen a pleasure!
In the bright and spacious living area there is a Smart-TV with radio and a new solid wooden table with chairs for social dining, playing and chatting. We have purchased a high-quality and very comfortable large sofa for you, equipped with many cushions and cosy blankets. There is a large number of games, building blocks, Duplo bricks, colouring books, knowledge/quiz games. Many good novels and children's books are available
To minimise your luggage, you will find a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron in the storage room. Also available are various cleaning products, laundry barrel, hoover, supplies of consumables and flower vases.
The two bedrooms on the upper floor are reached via a comfortable, solid wooden staircase. There is an integrated child safety gate at the top of the stairs. In the first large bedroom there is a high-quality double bed, a seating area, 2.60 metre wardrobe with ample storage space, sufficient hangers and a new flat-screen satellite TV. Slatted frames adjustable on both sides with separate mattresses, each in degree of hardness two and three. High-quality down bedding or blankets and pillows suitable for allergy sufferers. Extra pillow size 40x80 cm.
The second bedroom has the same furnishings, but is furnished with two single beds.
We provide you with two baby beds with thick comfort mattress, hygiene pad, changing mat, nappy bucket, step stool and baby bath free of charge. Both rooms can be darkened very well so that small children can have an undisturbed nap.
In the comfortable, gable-high bathroom you will find a WC, an oversized floor-level real glass shower and a chic washstand with illuminated panoramic mirror. Cosmetic tissues and make-up mirror, soap dispenser, hairdryer, stool and toilet paper are provided. Towel dryer with floor heating. Sufficient storage space is available for your bathroom utensils.
The guest toilet is located on the ground floor and saves you from having to climb the stairs.
You can relax on the large, protected S/W terrace surrounded by tall grasses, roses and shrubs! In the garden house you will find 4 adjustable chairs and 1 lounger, garden high chair, parasol, handcart, beach toys, windbreak, beach lounger, parasol for the beach, clothes horse with clips and barbecue with kindling. The house has two parking spaces and a bicycle stand.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is situated on a sunny corner plot on a traffic-calmed residential street. The two semi-detached houses are built back to back, so you won't hear anything from your neighbours. Our house faces south-west and is flooded with light almost all day until sunset.
From our house, even with small children, it is only a few minutes' walk to the white, DLRG-guarded kilometre-long dream beach (nudist beach, textile beach, sports beach). The sandy beaches of Zingst exude a Mediterranean flair in summer and are absolutely stone-free!
You can also quickly reach the pier and the Zingst promenade with its many shops, boutiques and restaurants. A bicycle rental is located 200 metres away.
The Zingst harbour is about 1 km away. From there you can take boat trips to Barth, Born and Hiddensee.
Stralsund (maritime museum, Ozeaneum, Hansedom (huge fun pool)) as well as Rostock (Warnemünde, harbour with cruise ships, ferry to Denmark, old town, Karl`s farm) can be reached within an hour by car.
Near Prerow you can visit the Darßer Ort lighthouse and museum by horse-drawn carriage, on foot or by bicycle through the forest. There is a new climbing forest in Born.
Zingst is located on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula, in the middle of the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft nature reserve. The former fishing village has developed into a popular Baltic Sea spa, but has managed to retain its charm. The unique fauna and flora is breathtaking and can be explored by bike, on foot or with inline skates on kilometres of well-maintained paths. A special kind of spectacle that attracts more and more guests is offered every autumn from September into November, when tens of thousands of cranes visit the peninsula as a resting place on their flight south. During a boat trip on the Bodden, the noisy evening flight of these fascinating birds can be observed particularly well.
Other highlights include the music and laser show 'Dance of the Lights of the Elements' at the end of March on the beach and the already legendary huge open-air New Year's Eve party on the pier with a dance stage and high-altitude fireworks, which attracts thousands of visitors every year.

We are very child-friendly:
There are two baby beds with hygiene pads and an additional comfort mattress, a washable changing mat, nappy bucket, baby bath with seat, play blanket, children's crockery and cutlery, integrated socket protector, stair guard, lots of games and books, building blocks and a large box of Duplo bricks, high and trip-trap chair, garden high chair, night light for the socket, a handcart and lots of sand toys and shovels.
But the feel-good ambience of our house is also perfect for one or two couples without children. We have lots of good novels ready for you to read on miserable days. You will also find cycling maps and extensive information material about your holiday region and current events.
We have also provided many useful little things for you: Hairdryer, cosmetic wipes, soap dispenser, toilet paper, kitchen roll, coffee filter, aluminium foil, bin liners, baking paper, napkins, candles, lighters, dishwashing liquid, tabs for the dishwasher, umbrellas, plasters, sewing and shoe cleaning kit, barbecue lighter, etc.
Since our house is conditionally suitable for allergy sufferers, we ask for your understanding that we do not accept pets. Smoking is also not permitted in our house. Of course you can enjoy your cigarette on the terrace. You will find ashtrays in our garden house.

Toller Urlaub an der Ostsee
We spent very nice days with great weather and, as promised, in a very well-equipped holiday home. You simply have to come back here. I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to relax.

Repeat offender!
One cannot help but return to this wonderful house time and time again! Perfect location, quiet, and just a stone's throw from the sea! Everything is meticulously arranged with love and care for the guests. We feel at home immediately every time. Every detail has been taken care of here! Even in autumn, one can still relax wonderfully on the sunny terrace and watch the cranes at the harbor in the evening! The house is always spotless, prepared by the pearl of the house, Mrs. Schröder. One feels warmly welcome every time! We are looking forward to our fourth visit already!

Das perfekte Urlaubsdomizil
After my parents raved so much about their vacation in Kaveleck, we rented the house for our small family for two weeks in late summer.
We were not disappointed! Our 5-year-old daughter asked at the end of our stay if we could always live here!
Super clean, cozy, and perfectly furnished, everything available in the kitchen, the bedrooms guarantee restful sleep! All consumables are available in abundance, travel guides, toys, books, etc. We have never had such amenities in a vacation home before.
You can relax wonderfully on the sunny terrace, the roses were truly magnificent at that time. There is a large trolley in the garden house and a lot of sand toys. With a child, you can walk to the beach in just a few minutes.
Simply the perfect holiday, we will definitely become regular guests here! Thank you for the wonderful time!
