We stayed in this house for 6 nights. The whole family was there, including Grandma, Grandpa, and Uncle. We were 6 people. It is a dreamily beautiful house furnished with a lot of love for detail. Everything you needed was there. We just didn't quite manage the smart home system. It could use some improvement. There are a few minor defects here and there (such as shower heads, 1 broken stair light, etc.). However, these did not make our stay any worse. One can also sit nicely in the garden in the evening and enjoy the peace. We felt very comfortable in this house and would gladly come back. I will definitely recommend it further.

We were directly thrilled when we drove to the holiday home. We couldn't wait to go inside. The house is really amazing and looks even better than in the pictures. About 5 minutes by car from the beach parking lot. The house is located at the very end of a dead-end street. We would book the house again just like that.

Very beautiful large house with great amenities. Absolutely quiet location at the edge of the forest. Ideal for e-bike riders, as you have to easily ride up the mountain. Large garden with covered terrace. Very spacious inside the house. Modern and tastefully furnished.

House and furnishings at TOP level and very clean, care by MEERFUN also very good! Only the internet connection in the house could be better. Email/surfing works well, but it's not enough for online games. Due to the location on the outskirts, one must be mobile, but that's exactly what we were looking for. Everything great!

The house actually offers everything you need to enjoy a few days and have a good time in a sociable atmosphere - but also enough space to take a break in between... Great for kids too, with plenty of room to play. However, those who are not mobile by car should look for something else. But there is enough space for 2 cars in the driveway. For those who prefer peace and quiet, this is a great place to stay, and everything is easily accessible by car.

The location of the house is very good. There is a nice mix of forest and sea. The house has been stylishly and modernly furnished. The amenities are top-notch! Just like the outdoor area. We had a very nice and relaxing vacation. A reunion is guaranteed.

The house is located on a quiet street. The house has very good and high-quality furnishings. The living-dining area is spacious. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. The garden is very well maintained and has a very nice terrace. Perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. Although it is not far to the Baltic Sea, a car or bicycle is needed for this. Otherwise, you are also right in the middle of nature.

Those seeking peace and relaxation are exactly right here. The house is comfortable and equipped with everything needed for a lovely holiday. It should be noted that the internet is very slow and sometimes does not work at all. Mobile reception is also very poor and only possible from the upper floor of the house.

We enjoyed the absolute tranquility of the vacation home in a cul-de-sac. With a bike, you can reach the bustling Kühlungsborn or the beach in 10 minutes. The vacation home was handed over clean and is well-equipped with one exception. These are the main reasons why we will book this vacation home again. We would wish for a connection to broadband internet next time. Currently, a maximum of 2 Mbit is available on the WLAN, which is sufficient for reading newspapers or processing emails, but not for video streaming. The ports on the router also seem to be blocked by default, making online games (for rainy days) or access to the private smart home (e.g., surveillance cameras) impossible. Both of these seem outdated to us.

It needs some improvement. There are a few minor faults here and there (such as shower heads, 1 stair light broken, etc.). However, these did not make our stay worse. You can also sit in the garden in the evening and enjoy the peace and quiet. We felt super comfortable in this house and will gladly come back. I will definitely recommend it to others.

We had a very nice holiday week in a super great house. The house was very tastefully furnished and left hardly anything to be desired. We felt very comfortable. If there is anything at all to complain about, it would be that fly screens could perhaps be installed. Otherwise it was very pleasant and quiet to stay there. We will gladly book it again.

We felt very comfortable from the first moment. The house is amazing. It is beautifully and lovingly furnished. Everything was very clean and chic. We really didn't want for anything! Even the distance to the beach or to Kühlungsborn was no problem for us. We enjoyed staying in this quiet environment. We would book this wonderful accommodation again at any time! Only the rubbish bins were all almost full when we arrived and there were already small rubbish bags on the bin. After the residual waste bin was emptied it was almost full again because the rubbish collectors didn't take the remaining bags.

We can only recommend the house and a holiday over sea F.U.N.. The house is in a fantastic location with direct access to the cooling. The house management is always available if any questions arise. The furnishings are fantastic, nothing is missing. A place to unwind and escape from everyday life. Kühlungsborn and Heiligendamm are both 4km away, a stone's throw from the sea. We will definitely be back.
