The apartment is bright, modern, and comfortably furnished. Attention was also paid to small details like decoration in the furnishings. The layout of the rooms is perfect. The kitchen, with a large table, is sufficient and bright due to the skylights. The terrace is large and offers a wonderful view of the greenery. It is located right at the edge of the forest, very quiet. The house is well-built, and you do not hear the other guests. We would vacation there again at any time.

The apartment is super cozy and furnished to a high standard, the location is also good in that it is really quiet, however, bicycles would be helpful for the apartment, then you could leave the car and ride the bike into Kühlungsborn. A very small point of criticism, there is a cutting board missing in the kitchen equipment. We felt very comfortable in the apartment!!

Very good and modern equipment (unfortunately, we were missing the microwave) and the simplest basics in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) Quietly located by the forest However, unfortunately, nothing is within walking distance (bakery, shopping, restaurant, etc.) The apartment is poorly soundproofed.

We felt very comfortable in our apartment from the very beginning. It was pleasantly and brightly furnished. We couldn't complain about the kitchen utensils either, and everything was available (provided you noticed the double drawers from the start). Together with our friends, we had a great time in the two upper apartments. We quickly realized that our apartment was somewhat better suited for game nights since we had a nice table. The surroundings of the apartment were also great for a round of running or walking. But caution, as soon as you go into the forest, you quickly accumulate quite a bit of elevation. The drive to Kühlungsborn is quick, but you depend on a car (unless you feel like biking). It must be said, however, that unfortunately there are no storage facilities for bicycles, so I unfortunately have to refrain from bringing one next time (unless I overlooked something!!). All in all, we would be happy to come back, and the price is certainly justified due to the new construction. Best regards.

Very nice apartment by the forest, great balcony with a view of the greenery, unfortunately there is no place to store bicycles at the house. If you want to go out for dinner in the evening, the Landhotel am Wald is a good option. Nice service and a nice menu. By bike in great weather to Warnemünde and a short stop in the restaurant Wilhelmshöhe great view of the sea. The apartment is great in good weather, but if the weather is not good, you are 5 km away from the town and need a car to go for a stroll. Then you need a car. A disadvantage is that you have to pick up the key in Heiligendamm when you arrive and depart. Before you get on the motorway for the return journey.

Very nice flat in a quiet location. Unfortunately there is no separate toilet and there is no second parking space. Other parking possibilities are only a few hundred metres away. Bicycles can unfortunately only be parked outside.

We felt very comfortable in our flat right from the start. It was pleasantly and brightly furnished. We couldn't complain about the kitchen utensils either and everything was there (provided you saw the double drawers from the beginning). Together with our friends we had a great time in the two upper flats. We quickly realised that our flat was a bit more suitable for game nights together, as we had a nice table.
The area around the flat was also good for going for a run/ or a walk. But beware, as soon as you go into the forest, you quickly gain quite a bit of altitude.
The drive to Kühlungsborn is quick, but you have to rely on a car (unless you feel like riding a bike). It has to be said, however, that there are unfortunately no storage facilities for bicycles, so that I will unfortunately have to refrain from taking them with me next time (unless I have overlooked something!!)

All in all, we will gladly come again and the price is also justified due to the new building.
