Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage am Ende einer Straße in Wittenbeck. Wittenbeck liegt sehr günstig (zentral), so das man schnell an die Strände der umliegenden Bäder kommt. Ideal für Radfahrer.

Sehr gute und moderne Ausstattung (leider fehlte uns die Mikrowelle) und die einfachsten Basics in der Küche (Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, etc.) Ruhig am Wald gelegen Es ist aber leider nichts fußläufig erreichbar (Bäcker, Einkaufen, Restaurant, etc.) Wohnung ist hellhörig

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl in unsere Wohnung gefühlt. Sie war angenehm und hell eingerichtet. Auch bei den Küchenutensilien konnten wir uns nicht beschweren und es war soweit alles vorhanden (vorausgesetzt man hat von Beginn die doppelten Schubladen gesehen). Gemeinsam mit unseren Freunden haben wir uns in den beiden oberen Wohnungen eine schöne Zeit gemacht. Wir haben schnell festgestellt, dass unsere Wohnung für gemeinsame Spiele-Abende etwas besser geeignet gewesen ist, da wir einen schönen Tisch hatten. Auch die Umgebung der Wohnung eignete sich gut, um eine Runde Laufen/ oder Spazieren zu gehen. Aber Achtung, sobald man in den Wald geht, hat man sehr schnell, einiges an Höhenmetern gesammelt. Die Fahrt nach Kühlungsborn geht schnell, aber man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen (sofern man keine Lust auf Fahrrad fahren hat). Hierzu muss aber gesagt werden, dass es leider keine Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder gibt, sodass ich leider von einer Mitnahme beim nächsten Mal leider absehen muss (sofern ich nichts übersehen habe!!) Alles in allem kommen wir gerne wieder und auch der Preis ist aufgrund des Neubaus durchaus gerechtfertigt. Liebe Grüße.

Eine sehr schöne, gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Besonders positiv sind der Autostellplatz und die vorhandenen Außenrolläden. Bis auf eine Mikrowelle und etwas mehr Küchenequipment (Töpfe etc.) hat uns nichts gefehlt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The holiday apartment is located in a pleasantly quiet location at the end of a street in Wittenbeck. Wittenbeck is very conveniently located, so that you can quickly reach the beaches of the surrounding resorts. Ideal for cyclists.

The flat is super cosy and furnished to a high standard, the location is also good in that it is really quiet, but bicycles to the flat would be helpful, then you could leave the car and cycle to Kühlungsborn. A very small point of criticism, there is no chopping board in the kitchen equipment. We felt very comfortable in the flat!

A very nice, well and tastefully furnished flat in a quiet location. The parking space and the external shutters are particularly positive. Except for a microwave and a little more kitchen equipment (pots, etc.), nothing was missing and we will gladly come back.

Very nice apartment by the forest, great balcony with a view of the greenery, unfortunately there is no place to store bicycles at the house. If you want to go out for dinner in the evening, the Landhotel am Wald is a good option. Nice service and a nice menu. By bike in great weather to Warnemünde and a short stop in the restaurant Wilhelmshöhe great view of the sea. The apartment is great in good weather, but if the weather is not good, you are 5 km away from the town and need a car to go for a stroll. Then you need a car. A disadvantage is that you have to pick up the key in Heiligendamm when you arrive and depart. Before you get on the motorway for the return journey.

Very nice flat in a quiet location. Unfortunately there is no separate toilet and there is no second parking space. Other parking possibilities are only a few hundred metres away. Bicycles can unfortunately only be parked outside.

We felt very comfortable in our flat right from the start. It was pleasantly and brightly furnished. We couldn't complain about the kitchen utensils either and everything was there (provided you saw the double drawers from the beginning). Together with our friends we had a great time in the two upper flats. We quickly realised that our flat was a bit more suitable for game nights together, as we had a nice table.
The area around the flat was also good for going for a run/ or a walk. But beware, as soon as you go into the forest, you quickly gain quite a bit of altitude.
The drive to Kühlungsborn is quick, but you have to rely on a car (unless you feel like riding a bike). It has to be said, however, that there are unfortunately no storage facilities for bicycles, so that I will unfortunately have to refrain from taking them with me next time (unless I have overlooked something!!)
All in all, we will gladly come again and the price is also justified due to the new building.
