Sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes Haus mit viel Komfort. Die Lage ist schön und ruhig, leider ist die Ostsee nur mit dem PKW, oder wer es kann mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.

Wir haben die absolute Ruhe des Ferienhauses in Sackgassenlage genossen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten im trubeligen Kühlungsborn oder am Strand. Das Ferienhaus wurde sauber übergeben und ist mit einer Ausnahme gut ausgestattet. Dies sind die Hauptgründe, warum wir dieses Ferienhaus wieder buchen werden. Wünschen würden wir uns für das nächste Mal einen Anschluss an das Breitband Internet. Derzeit stehen im WLAN maximal 2 Mbit zur Verfügung, was zum Zeitungslesen oder für die eMail Verarbeitung reicht, nicht jedoch für Video Streaming. Auch scheinen die Ports im Router standardmäßig gesperrt zu sein, so dass Online Spiele (für verregnete Tage) oder Zugriff auf das private Smart Home (z.B. Überwachungskameras) nicht möglich waren. Beides scheint uns nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

We enjoyed the absolute peace of the holiday home in a dead-end street. By bike, you can reach the bustling town of Kühlungsborn or the beach in 10 minutes. The holiday home was clean upon handover and is well equipped with one exception. These are the main reasons why we will book this holiday home again.
For the next time, we would like to have a connection to broadband internet. Currently, the WLAN provides a maximum of 2 Mbit, which is sufficient for reading newspapers or processing emails, but not for video streaming. Also, the ports in the router seem to be blocked by default, so online games (for rainy days) or access to the private smart home (e.g. surveillance cameras) were not possible. Both of which seem outdated to us.

The location of the house is very good. You have a good mix of forest and sea. The house has been stylishly and modernly furnished. The furnishings are top! Just like the outdoor area. We had a very nice and relaxing holiday. A return visit is guaranteed.

The house actually offers everything you need for a few days to have a good time and enjoy your free time in a sociable atmosphere - but also enough space to take yourself out in between... Also great with a child and enough space to play. However, if you are not mobile with a car, you should look for something else. However, 2 cars can easily be parked in the driveway. But if you like it quiet, this is a great place to stay and everything is easily accessible by car.

House and equipment at TOP level and very clean, support by MEERFUN also very good! Only the internet supply in the house could be better. Email/surfing works well, but not enough for online games. Because of the location on the outskirts, you have to be mobile, but that's exactly what we were looking for. Everything is great!

Very nice big house with great facilities. Absolutely quiet location on the edge of the forest. Ideal for e-bike riders as you have to go slightly up the hill. Large garden with covered terrace. Lots of space in the house. Modern and tastefully furnished.

We were thrilled as soon as we drove to the holiday home. We couldn't wait to get inside. The house is really amazing and it looks even better than the pictures. It's a good 5 minute drive from the beach car park. The house is at the very end of a dead end street. We would book the house again as it is.

We had our stay in this house for 6 nights. The whole family was there with grandma and grandpa and uncle. There were 6 of us. It is a fantastically beautiful house, furnished with great attention to detail. Everything was there that you needed. The only thing we didn't really get on with was the smart home system. It needs some improvement. There are a few minor faults here and there (such as shower heads, 1 stair light broken, etc.). However, these did not make our stay worse. You can also sit in the garden in the evening and enjoy the peace and quiet. We felt super comfortable in this house and will gladly come back. I will definitely recommend it to others.

We had a very nice holiday week in a super great house. The house was very tastefully furnished and left hardly anything to be desired. We felt very comfortable. If there is anything at all to complain about, it would be that fly screens could perhaps be installed. Otherwise it was very pleasant and quiet to stay there. We will gladly book it again.

We felt very comfortable from the first moment. The house is amazing. It is beautifully and lovingly furnished. Everything was very clean and chic. We really didn't want for anything! Even the distance to the beach or to Kühlungsborn was no problem for us. We enjoyed staying in this quiet environment. We would book this wonderful accommodation again at any time! Only the rubbish bins were all almost full when we arrived and there were already small rubbish bags on the bin. After the residual waste bin was emptied it was almost full again because the rubbish collectors didn't take the remaining bags.

We can only recommend the house and a holiday over sea F.U.N.. The house is in a fantastic location with direct access to the cooling. The house management is always available if any questions arise. The furnishings are fantastic, nothing is missing. A place to unwind and escape from everyday life. Kühlungsborn and Heiligendamm are both 4km away, a stone's throw from the sea. We will definitely be back.
