Located quietly in total proximity to the beach, with garage and large balcony. Everything very child-friendly! Staff loving and helpful!!! Thank you.

Why didn't all apartments have a parking space in the underground garage? Loading and unloading was difficult. The location of the apartment is top-notch. The amenities provide everything necessary. It was quiet and very relaxing. Thank you!!

The apartment is highly recommended, cozy, well-equipped, and kept very clean. Everything is easily reachable on foot, and the beach is actually only about 80-100 m away. A parking space in the underground garage would be great, but for those who are good on foot, the 500 m to the parking lot is no problem.

The apartment is highly recommended, close to the Baltic Sea beach, very centrally located, lots of forest around, beautiful bike paths, hiking, everything is possible. Nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartment: All together a very good. One single request, a bike rack outside at the entrance.

The vacation apartment is really nice, unfortunately, we were not happy with the parking situation. We could only solve the problem with difficulty.

Very good location, lovingly furnished apartment.

Tastefully furnished holiday apartment. 1st floor, accessible by elevator, but also reachable by a few steps through the stairwell. Very clean and tidy. Nice flooring, very good room layout. Great balcony for staying, rain-protected. We traveled with 4 people. More than enough space available. 2 bedrooms with full-sized beds! Super close to the beach. Walking time about 2 minutes. To the center (spa park, pier) max 5 min. Despite Ostseeallee, quiet location "at the back."

Very beautiful house and the apartment was very well equipped. Very quiet, the balcony faces the garden at the back.

Lovingly furnished apartment. In a perfect location. Cozy mattresses.

Location very good. Short distance to the beach.

We will gladly come back.

The apartment is centrally located and very close to the beach. What is a bit annoying is that you can only use the associated underground parking for loading and unloading. It is extremely tight, and maneuvering in it is an art. The entrance is very steep.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The apartment is very centrally located. One can reach the beach in a few minutes. The apartment is tastefully and practically furnished. There is enough storage space for clothes. Kitchen utensils are plentiful on site. The only downside is that there is no parking space for the apartment and one has to walk 800 m to the large parking lot and back for shopping.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The apartment is ideally located, not far from the center and the beach.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Actually, a very good accommodation overall, but there are two weak points: 1. Parking is 800m away and the parking garage also has partly tight parking spaces and a narrow exit, as you cannot drive straight out. 2. The Wi-Fi is hardly ever available, but you have to deal with that.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Beautiful location and good breakfast available next door. Be sure to use the parking space in the underground garage.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Beautifully furnished apartment. The location is great. It is quiet.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The apartment is very tastefully furnished and equipped with everything necessary. It should be noted that the parking space is located a few hundred meters away. However, the underground garage can be used for loading and unloading luggage. The beach is only about 300 meters away.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

- The Wi-Fi was poor - a note regarding the bread roll service or breakfast in the adjacent building would have been nice.

3,0 3 3 3 3 3

Distance to the parking lot is unfavorable, short-term parking in front of the house is also difficult. Location and amenities of the apartment are very nice, except for the beds.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Good amenities as described. Good location. Quiet apartment. Everything you need is available.

The only downside of this apartment is that from October to April, I have to use a paid public parking spot on the street. But be careful, always make sure to get a new ticket on time. The regulatory office is faster than an ambulance on site, and suddenly the parking fee of 6 euros turns into a fine of 35 euros. In the other season, you then get assigned a large parking lot 800 meters away. Nevertheless, I can only recommend the apartment and Boltenhagen in general. I have been here in Boltenhagen for the 37th time in the last 30 years, in different houses, and I always enjoy it again. You will be thrilled as well.

Very nicely furnished and very clean. The location is excellent. The beach and shopping facilities are around the corner.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Consider the long walk to the parking lot. Otherwise, everything is great!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The apartment is very well equipped for 4 people. Everything is very cozy and clean.

We were completely satisfied. The location of the apartment is great. Our dog also felt comfortable. The beds were not sagging and very comfortable. So everything was top-notch!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We chose the apartment based on the beautiful photos and were not disappointed. We got what we saw. Everything was top-notch. Super clean, well-equipped. Enough space, which is always important to us. The central location is optimal. I can enjoy my vacation here, with tranquility, highlights, shopping, beach days, good food, delicious fish sandwiches, or original Thuringian sausages. In short: We would do it exactly the same way again!

A very nice apartment. Centrally located. This is vacation.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

A very nicely furnished holiday apartment located directly on the beach. Perfect for a trip with 4 people.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The holiday apartment is very nicely and comfortably furnished. We felt very at home. The only drawback is the far parking space, especially for mobility-impaired people.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

In the overall assessment, I unfortunately cannot give the full score, as it is a downside that the apartment does not have a parking space. The walk to the parking lot is simply too far for elderly people with disabilities. We would not rent this apartment again. However, the staff in the administration was exceptionally friendly; they immediately recognized our situation and had an alternative solution that helped us very much. As a result, we were able to park the car in the underground garage, where really good driving skills are required due to the incredible tightness of the parking spaces. However, we had a great time in the lovely apartment, which is really very nice, in a good location.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The apartment is tastefully furnished. We had no complaints about the cleanliness and condition of the apartment. Everything is available to spend a few relaxing days. The internet access is not really usable. Especially in the evening hours, it only trickles. Professional work is not possible there.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Beautiful apartment, good location.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The apartment is very cozily furnished. Especially the location to the beach is outstanding. Through a small garden path, it takes only a few minutes to get directly to the beautiful beachfront promenade.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

very clean, everything you need is there. Good: instruction manual for the oven and dishwasher. Great: bread delivery service

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Beautiful holiday apartment in a central location and close to the beach.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Cozy and stylishly furnished holiday apartment with everything the heart desires in the best location, directly behind the house lies the promenade and the access to the beach.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Cozy, well-designed apartment. Everything you need is there. Uncomplicated key handover. Very clean and tidy. Anytime again.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Cleanliness and amenities are very good, but parking is poorly arranged, although there is an underground garage in the building that cannot be booked.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Best location and cosily furnished!

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Everything was wonderful, except that one could only check in precisely until 4 PM!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We have been to this apartment four or five times now, I probably don't need to say more! ;-))) I can only recommend it, even though the kitchen is "very" small. The team from Nordic at Marianenweg is really very nice!!! Here too ***** stars! Super best regards.
